They say breakfast available and parking but you have to pay and then you have to pay 55 dollars for parking just to leave ur room as u please you pay a resort fee but your room does not have a microwave

Unfortunately, we experienced ants in our room all over and even a dirty shower curtain. I have pictures and videos of everything if needed. It was not a comfortable stay. I asked to be switched to another room but the property was sold out. I would like a full refund please.

There was no front desk guest services by phone. No one would answer the front desk or room service calls. There was black hair in the bathroom sink. The hotel is nice and the restaurant was wonderful. The airport shuttle service was very easy.

I reserved at this Hotel because of reviews and shuttle for my husband traveling alone and I did not want him to have any hassles...upon arriving after being in line for about 40 min he was told they could not find his reservation and treated him awful.I had him stand in line so i can have him show reservation and they were rude asked him to leave. They said expedia cancelled, i called Expedia of course they dis not cancel...bad management they overbooked. The behavior of 2 staff member ver unprofessional.

Stay didn’t happen because I landed and went to hotel and they canceled my room because they were over booked. Complete hassle and they did not even care. The front desk team was horrible. I had my hotels.com reservation pulled up which shows active booking but the hotel would not even discuss. They said they were sold out so they cancelled third party bookings even though I had a confirmed reservation.

Checkin with Bernadette was very helpful and efficient. Elevators weren’t user friendly: doors closed too quickly and didn’t retract if they hit you! Comfortable room and large tv…but not many chanels!
