This hotel would’ve gotten a better review from us had the person looking after the parking in front when we pulled up not been so rude. Otherwise I found the hotel very clean the staff members friendly and they looked after our problem in our room quickly and efficiently would stay again Just would be prepared for the girl at the Valet service

I’m giving this hotel five stars for one reason. Exemplary customer service and staff. I’ve stayed here multiple times with no issues, but recently I experienced a few. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations to remedy my concerns and I will be back the next time I come to LA because atleast I know whatever happens the customer service her is five stars. Thank you Natalie, Frieja, and Alex for making my trip a good experience there was also a bellboy who was very kind and two agents from my first stay that helped me. You three deserve a promotion!

The line to check in was long and only 2 staff members checking in patrons. It took me 30 minutes in line to check in at 9pm. Seems there would be more accommodation in a hotel of this caliber.

Hotel is amazing, rooms have lots of room and are very clean. We weren't sure about eating in the hotel food area but the food we received was great and got plenty of it. Would definitely stay here again
