When I booked my stay at Wilshire Crest Hotel, it stated there was parking included and I was under the impression that there was a parking lot. They gave you a permit for street parking. And you are not guaranteed a good spot.

Our room on the first floor facing to the street is very noisy. We heard every movements from upstairs, the street and the hallway. Neither my husband and I could sleep the 1st night. the room has no security lock(the one locks from inside). bathroom has no hocks for hanging cloths. the sink has no stopper almost dropped my ring in. I gave it the one star is only for the staffs. they are nice and helpful. they moved me to a room on the second floor. Anyway I wasted 1 night of the 2 nights I paid staying there.

The hotel is located in a walkable neighborhood nearby museums. Some facilities need to be updated, but a spacious, clean, and quiet room is more desirable.

I liked the quaintness of the hotel, it had a homelike feel. Pleasant and helpful staff!! I think the rooms could be cleaner - glass table, counter and bathroom door needed to be wiped. Otherwise, very comfortable stay. Thank you!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say that both experiences have exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding, every staff member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their friendliness truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly cooled, something I really appreciated given the L.A. heat. It felt like a refreshing escape at the end of each day. Both times I’ve stayed here, the overall atmosphere has been so comfortable and relaxing that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Another huge plus is the pricing, both of my visits were very affordable, especially considering the quality of service and accommodations. I’ll definitely be rebooking whenever I’m in the area again. Highly recommend!
