Staff was great. Vanessa was very helpful getting maintenance to our room to address a lighting issue. Maintenance was great addressing a lighting issue and anticipating a heater issue. Breakfast staff is ALWAYS wonderful.

Sink was stopped up completely upon arrival. Never drained. Had to brush teeth in sink by coffee bar. Noise of pipes in the walls or ceiling was unbelievable. Bed was hard.. barely slept. Could not regulate water temperature. Took forever to get hot then when cold was added to warm it, it would go cold again.
