AC not working correctly

The room was extremely hot called front desk to get maintenance to check it out and had to wait till 6am the next day so I asked if we could get some box fans but couldn’t sleep all night with the room being extremely HOT then he came in and he basically told us the AC Was working just for us to keep windows blinds close and nothing else he could do

The property was very dark inside including the rooms. It didn't look like it had ever been updated. Our room needed painting and the furniture looked very old and scuffed up. I have been to other Embassy Suites and they were very nice. Not what I expected from an Embassy Suites.

Loved it!

The A/C didn't blow cold air. Maintenance supposedly checked it, but by the end of our second night with it set to 65, it had only cooled from 78 to 72. The only redeeming factor was the managers apology and an attempt to make it right before we left.

Need rooms undated

Our room was extremely musty and a lot of the wallpaper was coming undone. Our room was hard to get into due to the door handle being slightly broken. We got there late and didn’t want to deal with with so just left it alone. Rooms really need an upgrade cuz we love the lobby area.

We were put in a mold infested room with all sinks clogged, shower clogged, toilet wouldn’t stop running after every flush, filthy walls and furniture, caked up dirt on everything. Then, the ceiling started leaking on us. They had no other available rooms to fit our family. They only offered to downgrade our room which would require our kids to sleep on the filthy sofa. Unfortunately I can only upload 8 photos here, but I have more. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Unsafe and unclean. The front staff was rude and unaccommodating. They said they could not refund our stay because I reserved through Expedia. However, it was a pay-at-the-property-reservation. Expedia never had my payment information. That was only given to the hotel, who then put me in this unsanitary and unsafe room, and then refused to adjust anything. It was when the manager came to the room, looked around, he agreed it was unacceptable and said that the hotel is about to be renovated and that he would refund everything. The amount has now cleared, and I was fully charged for the entire stay.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel was clean, but its age is definitely showing. It is in need of remodel with new paint colors, flooring and the furniture in guest rooms especially. Breakfast and cocktail hours was a very nice experience.

This was our first stay at an Embassy Suites and we really enjoyed it. Nice rooms, pool was decent, hot tub was good, and the food was good as well. The thing we didn’t like about it was the bed. My wife and I both agreed that the bed was too hard for our liking.
