Overall I enjoyed my stay. I did have an annoying issue. Each night when I Returned to my room, my card key was no longer working. I had to go back down to the desk to get it re-keyed. There was a gentleman behind me in line with the same issue. This happened every night. Also there had been significant water damage n my room at soom point. The attempt to fix it had been done pretty poorly. Didnt affect my stay but was ugly to look at.

The front desk staff was great. Otherwise, the hotel was not very clean, no pool towels, pool water was freezing, and breakfast was not good at all. I would not stay here again.

Comfort while leaving Texas Tech

I really like this hotel since we were traveling with our daughter and she had the separate bedroom with a door, so she could have her privacy. I also really like the little separate seating area with a couch and TV. Great value. Very nice breakfast and staff.

We have stayed here before and the staff is very friendly. Great beds and they serve a good breakfast.The only problem we had this time was the hot tub was luke warm and our AC unit was very loud.
