I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance.

Perplexe... Mais vu le prix, ça va

Bon rapport qualité prix à proximité immédiate de Lyon. Attention quand même, la chambre est pas chère mais vous devrez rajouter le prix du parking si vous venez en voiture. Et les chambres doivent être libérées à 10h... Mais c est ecrit nulle part ! Ni dans la chambre, ni à l accueil. Et si vous dépassez c est 30 euros lol. C est un piège... Autre chose d étonnant aussi, on vous demande une caution de 100 euros à votre arrivée. Sinon, d extérieur on dirait un hôtel à l abandon, mais à l intérieur c est propre et le lit est confortable.

Nous sommes venus pour un concert. La seule chose dommage c’est que dans la chambre pour 2 il n’y a qu’une seule tasse, qu’une seule dosette de café. Donc une personne peut boire un café et son conjoint non. Il faut mettre 2tasses dans une chambre double. C’est pour 2 personnes

Je ne reviendrais sûrement pas!

Pas de petit déj en salle le week-end, jamais vu ça! On vous dépose ce que vous avez choisi dans la chambre la veille au soir, résultat pain rassit, un seul café, jus de fruit tempérés et in paie ça10€... bref arrivé au S2R j'ai remangé direct! Vieille moquettes dalles, faïences et joints de SDB cassées et/ou grossiers. VMC bouché par du papier, résultat fenêtres pleine de condensation. Pas d'oreillers supplémentaires malgré une demande effectuée. Petit snack hors de prix (Mars 2€, chips picnic 3€, eau 3,50 mais l'affiche parle de prix "minis". Propreté, bien que j'ai repéré des fibres dans la SDB ça allait.
