This is an old property with small rooms, all on the second floor which is more easily accessed from parking at the rear, which is the quieter side. The bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning, a mini fridge, micro wave and coffee maker, along with two chairs and a table. The shower was a bit feeble. Close to several restaurants. Far from luxury but definitely adequate for an overnight stay.

Can’t go wrong dor the price. Clean with A/C. Old building - can hear people snore next door, floor in bathroom you can tell is old wood planks with linoleum over top

A little gem!

Great spot and would definitely stay here again. Nice and welcoming staff, quiet rooms with AC (a must in the summer in Lillooet!) and a large shared kitchen which was nice to have.

If you need a bed to stay for the night it’s ok. But there was no doona, only a blanket and sheet which was cold for us. Curtains were dirty and the blanket had a few holes in it. Bathroom was pretty clean, but the towels had a few old stains on them so we omitted having a shower. Hallways were filled with rubbish & the rear carpark felt very sketchy. Also door doesn’t automatically lock behind you when you leave the room
