Hot water system had been replaced recently and wasn't working on the morning of our stay. Cold shower is not a great way to start a winter day in Wisconsin. Front desk folks apologized and offered reward points to make up for it but they hadn't posted a few days after our stay.

Clean, cordial staff, great mattress and pillows. No hot water Saturday am and did not offer to remedy this problem. It was a hotel wide issue. Hilton guest services reached out and were able to give me some guest points towards a future stay. That made me feel better.

This is a very nice facility. Opened in August of 2025, it was only six months old at the time of my stay so it is, and still looked, new and spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was courteous. The room was spacious and newly renovated, had a little bit of painting smell but doesn't bother me. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood.
