I can’t believe this hotel charges $230 per night during peak season. The room furniture has clearly seen better days—it looks like it’s been in use for over 50 years. While it appears relatively well-maintained, it has obviously been used by many guests. This is definitely not a high-end, luxury-level experience.
I was also a bit disappointed that there was no fluffy white robe, especially since I specifically booked a room that advertised this feature. In addition, the staffing levels need improvement. When I arrived at 4 PM, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. The staff members are working very hard, but it seems the company is running the hotel with the bare minimum number of employees.
