We started off in one room which started good then unfortunately we experienced typhoon tino and we found out the window was broken and i had to hold the window for about 4 hours during strong winds so it didnt break before I was able to notify staff. Once staff had been notified they were great in getting us a new room for the rest of the stay. The only downside I had (due to personal choice) was the options for breakfast. There was not a lot of options for a fussy eater like myself. The staff were great.

Good location with SM mall adjacent. Friendly staff, clean room, free airport transfers and breakfast included in the price are good value. Amenities limited as of our stay and areas under contruction and maintenance. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed at Toyoko Inn Cebu overall, it’s a clean, safe, and well-maintained hotel. The free breakfast is good and the airport shuttle service is definitely a nice feature for travelers. However, there’s an issue with their airport shuttle policy. The service doesn’t operate 24 hours, it only starts at 6:00 a.m. Unfortunately, my flight was early, and when I mentioned it upon check-in, the staff said they couldn’t accommodate before 6 a.m. On departure day, I found out the driver could actually go as early as 5:30 a.m. if I had made a reservation, which I did mention days before, but they failed to book it. As a result, our slot was given to others, and we ended up taking a taxi instead. It was a bit disappointing after informing them in advance, but aside from that, the stay was comfortable. ✅ Overall: Clean, safe, and convenient — but the shuttle service system needs improvement.

I can’t wait till I am back in the Philippines! This hotel is a home away from home. The staff is always kind, informative, and warm welcoming. The housekeeping are sweet, trust worthy, and hardworking. The resturaunt staff are friendly and work quickly on getting meals to customers. Special shout out to Kaye who will always greet you with a smile and very courteous, she is very dedicated and professional to her job.
