Really awful hotel 1*

This hotel is soooooo tired now and in need of an urgent refurbishment. 1. Start with new mattresses. The bed is the worst and oldest nastiest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. 1* 2. The water pressure for the hot water is non existent and so you need to take a cold shower if you want one. They use a small water heater under the sink to heat the shower water. Terrible. 3. The towels are about 10 years old I think. So old and slimey feeling. Disgusting. 4. The lifts are a nightmare and take forever so avoid staying on a high floor 5. Drain noises from upstairs room wake you up during the night. The room was clean (excluding the bed mattress) and that’s the only good thing I have to say. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the past 10 years.

Good place for a stay.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants in a large mall across the street. Rooms were fairly spartan, but clean. Daily water and a large refrigerator were nice. No microwave. Good restaurant in lobby. TV did not seem to have cable TV, had smart TV connections. Sign out of your apps though, because it doesn’t automatically when you leave. Only problem was we had to get our keys reprogrammed daily for some reason. Sometimes, multiple times. Not enough parking, if you will be driving.

We were told No tables available when we would like to have our dinner on the evening of 14th Feb. There were so many empty tables inside until we pass by after having dinner a nearby restaurant. Guests should have access to hotel restaurany and readily available. My very first bad experience in my own home country. I travel to many countries.

My wife and I only stayed for a night to rest between out of town trips. We found the boutique cozy, clean and nice! The view from the rooftop pool was excellent! We esp recommend Cafe Romulo- the food was sublime!

It's a hidden gem in the south area of Manila. Very convenient in terms of shopping &restaurants. Azumi Hotel is a perfect place to stay if you are Balikbayan & have a Family to visit in the south area . Lovely staff, nice pool area , restaurant and closed to convenient stores for late midnight snaking.

This hotel was nice. I see myself coming back here when I am in the area again even with little hiccups here. The park walking distance from this hotel. It really makes me want to live here. I enjoyed the walking distance dinning options (so many of them). I feel safe walking at night, and the area around is clean and quite. The staff are nice esp the maintenance guy who fixed my patio door that doesnt lock at all. Please note that maintaining your property is a group effort. House keeping should not just clean but should also alert maintenace if something is broken. Maintenence should make regualr rounds checking rooms and esp the door lock. Management should make regular rounds to monitor and check the facility. That broken door lock should have been fix before I check in, but no. I had to check all the doors lock for myself 5 minutes before I headout for dinner. So intead of going to dinner i have to wait 20-30 mins 😩 and leave after its all fix and i test if its actually working or not. The concierge outside was helpful and respectful of guest. Thank you all for reading!
