I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also a big plus – just a short walk to the big mall and very close to the visa center, which was super convenient for my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. Great value and excellent service!

We had a 12 hour layover so we used this hotel to sleep and reset before our next flight at noon. Though it seemed like an older hotel, it was comfortable and clean with soft beds. Air-conditioning works wonderfully, leaving us nice and cool. Only issue was that our room walls and windows are so thin. The traffic noise was incredibly loud. We could easily hear other guests passing through the halls.

Staff are all professional, specially Allein of the front desk, Mark of Concierge, and Cyrene of Housekeeping. Exterior of the building is faded after 10 years, but the interior and the people make it a better option than others. Their buffet breakfast is excellent and lots of good choices. Great restaurant personnel too.
