Can never go wrong with this Holiday Inn. It connects to the mall which makes it very convenient for shopping and going grocery. The staff are professional and warm. My only issue here was the mattress we had was a little too soft. Overall, love this hotel.

I love staying at this hotel everytime I need a place to stay in Manila. Staff are friendly, they even allowed me to do a late check out until 2pm. The best thing is location- its directly connected to the mall. No need to go out if you need to eat, meet up with friends or buy anything for your personal needs.
