Very accommodating

Customer service was consistent and unrelenting. Only negative I had (mildew smell in room) was quickly addressed by staff with bio dome/atmosphere gadget. Had no issues afterwards. Recommend to any and all travelers. Spa treatments are fantastic!

Many choices in makati, but not this

The worse hotel in makati in value without a slightest doubt. The internet sucked all 6 days I stayed there, and it didn’t improve at all. The speed is that of the last century. Shameless to claim a 4/5 star hotel. The lobby is at most a motel level. The room service is so inadequate, you need to call many times to get what you need. Never again in this place.

Spacious rooms. Clean. Pool is incredible. Friendly staff asked for more towels, and less then 5mins its was at the door. Walking distast to night clubs and shipping malls.
