Friendly & accomodating hotel.

Staff are friendly & accommodating. Accessible to SM Mall of Asia and a little less traffic out of the other areas. Definitely will come back!

The TRYP hotel was good,rooms were not tight, it was alright. I want to give it a very good but there was a problems in our room, the air conditioner was dripping water snd every time we take a shower the water is over spilling because there was no shower curtain, it was dangerous cause someone can slide and get hurt. Aside from that everything is excellent.

Arrived at 2:30 and stood in line in a noisy crowded lobby for 40 minutes to check in only to find out that my room was not ready. Was told to have a seat and they would come get me when it was. After a hour I inquired about my room and apparently they forgot I was waiting. I then proceeded to a the elevators that were tiny, overcrowded and hot as a oven. Enjoy your lengthily wait just to get in one of those sweat boxes. Then I get to the room and I had to wait even longer for my luggage. It's all good though as I had a wonderful view of the trash covered river being dredged and the construction site on the other side. Save you money and find a better place unless you are one of the men just there to hookup with a escort.

The hotel is clean , staff from front desk to security were helpful, accommodating and polite. The bed is okay , but i found the pillows a bit hard for me. There are days the hallway on my floor was stinky , smelled sewer , in my 7 days stay there , there was an air freshener in the hallway only in the first few days, but the remaining 4 days it was gone , that’s why it stunk . There were mornings I would wake up because of the smell. I knew it was coming from the Bay , nothing the hotel could do about it , but at least the hotel should install machine air fresheners along the hallways of each floor. Only the lobby has the air freshener.

The shower has no door and it is unsanitary because the water flooded the area outside the shower, the toilet bidet is too short, the commode has no room to sit to do your business the area is too tight, other than that the staff are all helpful.
