349 Lamplighter has now been hosting Marco Island vacationers for 10 plus years and running!! This 3 bed 2 bath home is located in the popular Lamplighter neighborhood of Marco Island. Renovated throughout this charming ranch style setup is located on a canal with a dock available to guests to tie up to.

Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Convenient location

Staying in a house in Marco is an excellent alternative to the more expensive resort options. Staying at a resort is basically the only way to stay right on the beach. This house is located on an intercostal waterway and in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. The pool was warm and inviting and my boys enjoyed fishing off the dock.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

The house is nice, could use some minor things fixed. The patio and pool area was my favorite spot. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet, the walk to the beach was a little long...would recommend driving. Good selection of beach equipment in the garage.

Marco Island 10/10, the property was great and perfect location! House could use some cosmetic work however did not make our stay any less amazing! Really enjoyed the channel access we kayaked all the way to the sand bar, pool is great and nice channel view with large lanai. Easy bike ride to public beach access!

Great spot with all the amenities.

We enjoyed our week here the house was nice and clean. We had to remove over 20 crab spiders and webs from the patio area as the wife is a little arachnophobic in the presence of so many hanging over her head. The patio could use a pressure wash. Label the remotes. Overall a good vacation.

A spring break getaway home met all our needs!

We were very happy with the house and location to Marco beaches. The pool was clean and temps were perfect. Having the bikes to explore the area was an added bonus! We spent a lot of time on the screened in patio that had plenty of seating. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect!

We loved the house!! It was the perfect size for 5 (3 adults, 2 teenagers). It was so clean on our arrival and everything we needed was there (no immediate trip to the grocery store needed). We especially appreciated the extras - bicycles, beach chairs and kayaks. When we come back, we plan to try to stay here again. This was the ideal location and it was like being home. Thank you!!

Wonderful house, even nicer than the pictures! Very clean and well kept. Close to the beach, restaurants and attractions. Pool was clean and well maintained. We had a great stay and hope to visit again soon. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

First time renting a home vacation. A definite must do again experience. This is a gorgeous home.

Even though the weather wasn't the funniest for our stay. The house was a blessing to come to at the end of our day. Our children had plenty things to keep them occupied. Fishing, canoeing, swimming, etc., etc. Can't wait to do it again.

Reviewer Comments: pool heat was included in rental rates and was very warm when we arrived - it had obviously been heated up for our arrival(in our 25years of renting properties in florida we have many times had to remind rental companies that we have paid for pool heat and it has taken 3-4 days for the pool to heat up) so many thanks everyone.The pool did get a little too warm but the "pool man" came either on the Wednesday or Thursday and explained that the pool heater was a little temperamental and could only work on either"on" or "off", so he switched the heater off for us and the pool remained warm enough to swim comfortably for the rest of our holiday. We would certainly return to this home again and found the owner and rental company a pleasure to do business with.

We thought the location was perfect - right at the end of the canal and yet you can see water from the front of the house too. The house itself was great - a workeable size for a family and beautifully furnished. Pool and acess to the water for fishing enthuiasts was perfect for all the boys in my family. We were sad to leave.
