The bartender was friendly and made a good margarita probably the best ive had, Nichole in the coffee/snack shop was also very friendly and helpful, even the receptionist at check out super helpful, didn't catch her name but i was impressed with everything thank you

I love Harrah's. It's always Clean, Staff is Helpful and Polite. There are several restaurants to choose from at the Hotel. Also, it's close to the shops so I can walk. Great area.

Very spacious nice room that includes a kitchen,living room with a small patio overlooking the courtyard hat had picnic tables and bbq grills, I loved the fireplace and the the separate tv in each room. I liked that they had a restaurant and an indoor/outdoor pool. There were restaurants from McDonald to higher end restaurants along with a market.Greatnplace walking distance to lake.

We were just in Reno a couple months ago and we’re supposed to go back there this last weekend but nobody in our group wanted to because it was not a good experience. He decided to go to Lake Tahoe because of the beauty of the whole place. In Reno has turned into just a dirty little town.

I liked the location and that I was able to walk to nearby food options. I also liked the amenities the hotel had to offer . Always something to do :)

It was a great spot right on the lake!!!!
