The staff were helpful and accommodating. They provided recommendations to eat and visit. Parking is limited, which was a bit inconvenient. If you return by 7pm, you’ll find parking.

We were across the street in a different building from the main office area. The outside and the hallways need a sprucing up- paint- carpets cleaned or replaced. The rooms themselves were okay- standard fare. The staff in the interactions I had were friendly and helpful. The facility just has an old feel to it.

The staff was so friendly. The shower was terrible to use-if you aren’t 7 feet tall your hair gets wet. It would be great to provide shower caps or at least warn people!

I liked the fact that I could walk to the casino in under five minutes. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options for everyone. Very nice.

Room was fine. Bathroom could use a refresh (spackle and paint). Bed was good, but pillows too soft. Floors seem like they could have been a little cleaner. Pricing was good and even came with breakfast.

Wife's birthday Get-Away for a night.

My wife and I were pleased with our stay at the Quality Inn in S Lake Tahoe. Our honeymoon some 19 years ago was in Tahoe, and she requested a room with a hot tub. Not only was the room affordable compared to the other hotels in the area, but it was also extremely clean, with a nice view. The breakfast was great. Every employee was extra nice and helpful. We both mentioned 5 Star stay on our way home the next afternoon. Thank you, we will be back.
