Not so Quality Inn! I was afraid to walk on the carpet without sox or shoes on. The AC was super loud. We were given only 2 towels for 5 days and 4 nights. I had to ask for more. The room phone didnt work and I finally had to call from my own phone. They brought extra when requested. The room was only eligible to be cleaned after day 3 of being there. Even then I had to ask and request a full service clean. They forgot to leave new wash cloths, but by the time we returned from our day out I didnt want to have to walk over to the main office. They had a text bot but it didnt work for direct assistance. Finally they charged us for parking but we struggled to get a spot on our last night there. I will not be returning!

They only offered Service of rooms every 3 days, unless you request daily service. I did request the room to be serviced daily but they ignored it and after day 1 I collected fresh towels from reception on day 2 the room was serviced and fresh towels but the coffee and cups were still not refreshed !

The location of the in is good! Just a few minutes away to walk at the beach and to nearby shops, cinema, bike rentals ,restaurants, and target. Rooms are spacious with refrigerators and microwaves. They serve good breakfast (make sure you're there early. Otherwise, you'll have no seating at their dining area). You can bring your breakfast to go in your room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free on-site parking, very good amenities like a nice gym, hot tub that will fit 3 to 4 people, and a decent size outdoor pool. They have a community laundry, soda vending machine ($1 per can of soda), and community kitchen, which I find it very useful for a long vacation so you can cook and prepare meals. My only comment is that the carpets by the halfways by the building across the main check-in smells like urine. I saw that they were taking care of it, but I wish that when we come back, it will be smelling good. I recommend this inn for its convenience and affordability. I will definitely come back.

Good location, walking distance to private beach which guests have a voucher to enter and 50% off rentals. Parking is limited if you arrive or stay out late. Bathroom floors were dirty. Housekeeping will not bring you extra set of towels if needed. You would need to go to the front desk.

My husband and I stayed there for one night. The hotel is very close from downtown. Five minutes walk to the stores and restaurants. Breakfast was ok. They did have a variety of cereals and waffles, eggs and sausage patties I did reserved the room with one queen bed. I regretted later because the room was so small. For one person it might be ok. For two was super tight. I felt like I was in Perú. Where everything is tight and small. One thing I did like it a lot is the light. The room we stayed has those day light lamps. That was so nice. We requested a room on the first level. They said no. No elevator only steps up. Last thing. If you are claustrophobic do not stayed in the one bed room. It is really tight to move around.

The bathroom during our stay was very dirty. Either grease, blood, or something else smeared on the bathroom door frame, door knob & door. We also had a broken toilet seat. The seat was missing a chunk out of it. When we talked to the front desk guy that night he said he was aware of the seat, he thought it had been fixed, too late for maintenence to come and that they were at capacity & unable to move us. To speak to a manager in morning. In the morning we requested the manager. The lady in the front said the general manager was out at another property. She took my information & complaint. Said that she would pass along everything to the GM to contact me. He has yet to contact me. Very disappointed on how this whole situation was handled. The 2 employees at the front were polite, but I felt there should have been more concerned with our complaint. It shouldn't have happened. The establishment really needs a massive renovation. We would not stay here again.
