Very impressed with the renovation of the property. Margaritaville went all out and turned the property into a first class resort. Dining choices were all great.

We loved our stay! The room was spacious and beautiful and we loved how everything was so tv in walking distance. The only negative was the pricey resort fee at $50/day and it would have been great to simply have that included with the room rate since it is not something that is optional. Even the valet fee at $35 wasn’t terrible—especially since your car is parking in a parking garage out of the elements. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Alot of fees on top of room price, they only offer vallet parking which of course more fees to pay every night you stay. The staff was nice but i can tell they are still figuring things out. Room service took 2 hours and food was cold and they never gave us our drinks we ordered. For all the fees and prices of everything i was expecting way more. Not worth the price in my opinion.

It's always summer somewhere

This is a nice property, and staff was very friendly. We visited for snowboarding with a few remote-work days in-between. The year-round summer vibes of the resort theme was a fun contrast during a winter getaway. Short walk to the gondola and free shuttles to either ski bases. Would be happy to return and recommend!

Pet Hotel with Flees

The room we stayed in had a dank pet smell and flared up my allergies. I was not aware that pets were allowed at the property until my second night. Our room also had flees that bit my children making our stay very unpleasant

Great family hotel

This hotel is great for families! The front desk staff like Tiffany just are so warm and accommodating. We will be back. There is an indoor pool, which makes it very enjoyable for the children as well with movie nights every night at 6 PM.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, but the blinds facing the interior are too sheer, and there was too much light in the living room area at night, This was a problem when using the bathroom during the night as it was outside of the bedroom.

Super friendly staff and great location a few blocks from the Gondola. My kids loved the great buffet breakfast and pool. The fold out sofa wasn't all that comfy, but overall a really nice stay!

The hotel was very family friendly. My room was off from other family members which was inconvenient. The room service was not very good. It took almost an hour for us to receive our order and with a small child that did not go well. If adults were staying there it was excellent as the rooms were large and comfortable. The only issue I had was the fan was extremely loud in the room at night. The staff did take care of this issue immediately and I was grateful to get a good nights rest the following night.

Good location but they charge for everything

Definitely a great place for location. Clean hotel and comfortable. With a high resort fee don’t expect resort amenities. For a family hotel it surprised me not even a microwave was included in your room. No free breakfast, best they have for free is water in the lobby. Parking is $35 a night but you definitely pay for location a sits right next to Heavenly. I thought it was strange that housekeeping looks around during peak checkout dates and walks through the floors peeping through windows if people checked out or not. I don’t understand why they don’t have a system where front desk can just tell them. I was a bit weirded out when seeing housekeeping just looking at each room from the outside due to privacy reasons.
