Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Restaurant was just okay and overpriced. Parking was only valet which also pricier than we would have liked and less convenient. Room was spacious and quiet. Ambiance was nice. Overall good stay with the kids. Could use some games stocked up there for families to make it more friendly.

Great Beachy vibe at the Lake

We loved the beachy fresh vibe of this hotel and the bed was comfortable. The Landshark restaurant wasn’t super great but there are plenty of dining options in south lake so not a huge deal. We will be back!

Loved decor and spacious rooms and public areas. Staff was friendly. Valet service was confusing and we wondered if they had lost our luggage at one point. Walk to beach is not 10 minutes. More like 20 minutes or more downhill and then its fenced so you walk more. Uphill going back!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Aside from checking out the person could have been nicer. Cons: The rooms are very poorly kept clean. The floors are never mopped or cleaned. My floor was extremely dirty. My family and I do not use shoes when we come in a room. I had to physically clean them myself. I had to request for toiletries and towels upon arrival so it seems like the room was quickly done upon our arrival. I’m a very clean person with a dog and I think I would have enjoyed the stay more had my room been more clean. One other con is that you already pay for parking, however you’re almost forced to vallet $40 per day because there is no parking to park your own car. The resort showed 4 star rating. Not what pictures show. The pool is mostly for kids not adult friendly. They closed the jacuzzi every night. Very heavily chlorinated. I have a teen and was not able to use the pool too many small kids. Pro: However despite everything the restaurant onsite is very clean, food is good, and staff is nice. And of course the hotel is pet friendly. Shops and restaurants are walking distance.
