My husband and I stayed for 4 nights 24/10/25-28/10/25. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are large, clean but a bit old. Water pressure in the shower was very low, toilet flush was nonexistent and finally stopped working. Beach is nice but very small for such a large hotel. Getting a lounge chair and an umbrella is practically impossible after 11 o’clock. But if you come early in the morning and get a spot at the beach, then go for breakfast at your allocated time, your towels and your stuff is removed by security, so you need to look for a new spot at the beach. This happened to us and we were told this was the hotel’s policy. Neither security nor hotel manager on duty were willing to do anything to accommodate my husband and I. And yes, your breakfast time is assigned at check in. We were given 2 options 7:30 and 9:30. Every request we had at the front desk was answered with a NO, big smile and very polite but a NO. Breakfast buffet was good but same every day we stayed at the hotel

Very good breakfast, very good room. The basic rooms were notably less appointed than the suites though. The balcony was huge. AC worked great. Good pool and good prices. The only real downside is the layout is a bit odd, and the furniture is a bit dated.

The whole experience at this wonderful hotel was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Such hardworking staff too, constantly rushed off their feet but nothing was too much trouble. The on-site restaurants were great, my favourite was Med-Asia (lovely Sushi) The pool was great and not too busy. We were kindly upgraded to a bigger suite which was fantastic. Comfortable bed and gorgeous shower. The rooms could do with a redo, new carpet/curtains as they were a bit dated. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a joyful time.

The beach is small, the hotel is large. Right next door there’s what I believe is a public beach, one has to pay for chaises longues though. The sea bottom is sandy and the water is crystal clear. There are three restaurants within the hotel, an Indian, an Italian and a buffet style. A five minute walk away there’s a decent eatery with cheaper food but you get what you pay for. The hotel rooms are very well equipped, spacious and clean. Public transport is plentiful and right near the hotel; even a hop on- hop off bus comes there. The grounds are spic and span clean and the vegetation is “manucured”. Olive trees and jasmine add a flair. The hotel breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. The maître d’ M. Henri and his crew will greet you every morning with a smile, no excuses. Staff are very respectful, efficient and helpful. One may book rides right at the hotel lobby or rent cars. The cab ride we booked from the lobby to the airport was thirty euros , however from the taxi counter at the airport the same ride in the opposite direction costed thirty three euros. Over all it was a good stay.
