We stayed for 3 nights and, while the room itself was impressive — clean, spacious, modern, and clearly updated — the rest of the hotel was a letdown. I'd rate the room a solid 4 stars, but everything else brings the experience way down. The hallways, reception area, pool, and especially the sauna are in desperate need of both renovation and a deep clean. The pool and sauna in particular were in rough shape, which was disappointing. Customer service was below average throughout our stay. After our first night, housekeeping came but only made the beds — the bathroom wasn’t touched, and no fresh towels were provided. Oddly, a few decaf coffee pods were left on the bedside table and on the Keurig machine… Not sure what happened there. We went to reception to ask for towels and were told someone would bring them up. No one ever came. Hours later, we had to go back down and pick them up ourselves. On the second day, we did receive a full room clean — but our door was left wide open afterward. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but that’s a major security concern. When I called reception to report it, the response was completely indifferent — no apology, no acknowledgment of the seriousness. Just a flat "Ok ma’am, thank you." Overall, while the room was lovely, everything else — service, amenities, and cleanliness outside the room — fell short. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it until major improvements are made, especially in customer service and facili

Very dirty room

Room smelled like cat urine. I had to leave the patio door open for a few hours for the smell to come down a bit. The bathroom towels had stains on them. I didn’t even shower because it was so nasty. Looked like they had dumped the dirty mop water in the toilet bowl and they didn’t even flush, so when I open it, surprise surprise. There were food crumbs on the floor, very noticeable ones. Horrible stay.

Our room was okay. It smelled horrible, mix of smoke (we asked for non-smoking) and had a musty/mouldy air conditioner that I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. We got air fresheners to help and kept our door open as much as we could. It had older laminate flooring with broken/missing pieces. We had a patio door which was nice but screen was all ripped. Outside our patio was tons of cigarette butts. Bath and bed was clean. Staff at from were kind, security lady was great. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Just in a meeting room in with food in heating trays. Fresh fruits or yogurt would have been nice, so just got our own. Overall it’s an older building, so it’s age shows. The staff was great though!

The patio door to the truck jammed and had to be fixed to load up the truck. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and in one of the drawers there were two brand new, tags on bras, likely left from the previous room occupant. The reading light on one side of the bed didn’t work. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. The pool and sauna were lovely and warm - had to call for towels. As a suggestion I think housekeeping staff would benefit with a checklist of what needs to be done, checked and what supplies need to be added when they are cleaning/making up a room

Check in was great the gentlemen was helping and polite. As for check out? The lady was very rude and seemed like she wanted us out, without causing a ruckus, we just packed and left way before checkout.
