The room was clean and looked to be remodeled, the hallway was very dirty. Court yard had garbage on the ground and chalk drawings on the wall. There was security in the hallway all night. Looks like they have long term tenants. Apparently this was a really nice hotel at one time.

Nice hotel!!

Always like staying here. Its a great hotel. And the best in the area. The two newer hotels next door are not worth the money and this hotel is great. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff very nice. They have drive up rooms so you can just park by your room and use the sliding glass door to your room. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

There was an incredible amount of garbage around the premises, including the court yard. A bench in the court yard was broken. My room was not cleaned/freshened during my stay, either.

Not the Valhalla it once was.

Felt dirty as i walked in. Checked in anyway. Waking to room street check in there was garbage here and there in hallway, get to run and a visible line of crud at doorsil on floor. Get into room and they have us wrong room. Once got to right room it wasn't any better. Will not stay again.

Have stayed here many times. This time the hotel lobby and hallways were disgustingly dirty. There were blankets and garbage under the stairs by back entrance. In the morning we had no water the city had shut it off.

We will never stay here again. I have been staying at this hotel for more than 40 years. I have left a LOT of money here. It's a great property, in great condition, in a great location. However, it seems to have been taken over by new management who have unpleasant policies. We were downgraded on check-in. They are NOT PET FRIENDLY. They reluctantly accept pets, for a fee, while treating us like second class guests. Never again.
