Be aware of housekeepers schedule

Housekeeping at this Hotel arrives fairly early in the morning and if you have your do not disturb but pushed during this time, they will not clean and replenish supplies crucial to your stay. I had to ask the hotel staff three times in one day to, at the very least, replenish supplies. They finally did so around 7pm with added benefit of cleaning the room as well.

Booked to stay at the Shangri-La. The property suddenly converted to a Hyatt partway though. Absolute chaos. Decor removed. Amenities not available. From five stars to a three.
