Clean, with comfortable beds, nice decor, large TV. Breakfast is included and it was AMAZING! Great fruit platter, yoghurt with all the fixings of nuts and dried fruit, hot meal items, even someone who made me a custom made omelette! Loved it.

They said they offered pet-friendly rooms, however; they did not mention that the room is in an out-building, not located in the main hotel. With just a single mom and two daughters, we did not feel safe.

A pleasant stay

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelette bar. There was ample parking, and the location was perfect—close to many of the town’s shops. The heated indoor pool was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. Everything was super clean. The unfortunate thing is the area surring the property. Didn't feel safe to walk after dinner to other local vendors. The taxis in town are terrible. All outdated. Truro needs Uber.

Smoky room

The room that I was given was like a motel, and outside of my door was the parking lot. My travel colleague was in the better part of the hotel and had a much better room. My room also had a very strong cigarette smoke smell, which I did not appreciate at all. I don’t smoke and I find the smell offensive. There was a sign at the front or check-in was saying this is a smoke free environment while my room wasn’t I was not happy.
