Check in was a bit delayed due to only one staff checking in and there was a glitch with the computer system. Even though he was frustrated with the computer he was kind to us checking in. First room we were given smelt smoky. They happily gave us another room. Rooms were very spacious and generally updated. Very clean. Breakfast had an omelet bar our first morning which was lovely. We were excited to enjoy this our second morning but they did have eggs. No omelettes. That was disappointing. Staff were all lovely but clearly some management issues with ordering food and computer orientation for staff. Overall we would stay again. Pool was just ok. Hot tub was not hot. lol. But clean.

The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. The floor tiles in our room were in very poor condition. Really need replacing. The pool was disappointing. The liner needed replacing. There were very large folds in the liner on the bottom of the pool. I don’t think it’s safe or hygienic. The breakfast bar was very poorly set up causing a lot of congestion in the hot food section. A large area was set up for made to order omelets. The check in staff had made a point of telling us about them but no one was there to make them.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely excellent — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. What really made the stay special was the staff: warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

The staff are absolutely incredible here. They went out of their way to accommodate me and provided what I would classify as impeccable customer service. I am a district manager for a large corporation. You need to celebrate these kinds of employees and allow them to grow. I will return here any time I am out in this town.
