Parking and unloading area was a bit squishy around the building. When we came into the room, the room next to us has there TV very loud. On the website when we booked said the rooms were soundproof or noise proof rooms. I hope they do have it this loud all night long or I am going to be very disappointed.

We were so that Aaron gave us such a beautiful room with a king bed and a kitchen, when I had booked just a standard room. Very good service! The hot tub jets weren’t working, that’s the only thing. We love that hotel and will definitely stay there again! Thank you! Emily and Tom

It was clean, but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink or shower. The breakfast was terrible. The hashbrowns looked as if they had been heated up everyday for the past week and the muffins were probably 9 days old. The parking lot was a skating rink due to the snow melt, it hadn't been sanded for safety in awhile.

Honestly the rooms are so outdated. Curtains should be replaced they’re old and musty. Bathroom has black mold and no calking on the bottom of the shower. The is no fan in the bathroom. I wasn’t the only person who wouldn’t stay there again. Another couple complained about black mold in their room and cleanliness. Waiting 20 minutes for breakfast. Hot food was empty. Even a family couldn’t get them and their kids food: they even told staff and that took 10 minutes. They had enough and they left. Their cleaning staff stand on their phone instead of working in front of guests. When confronted front desk no one was there. Hire more staff you can expect one person to keep up with breakfast AND do check outs. That was ridiculous. I read reviews was hesitant but thought I’d give it a chance… yeah won’t go back. No compensation from the hotel not even a care. Ah well.

Someone’s dog pooped in the hallway and the owner didn’t clean it up. There were dried noodles on the rug, so I mentioned it and was moved to another room. The bed was broken but it was still comfortable enough on the other side to sleep on at least. Pillows were comfy.

We were in the city to visit friends. Curtains ripped, needs some updating. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Downtown about a 10min drive- restaurants/coffee shops. Was adequate for our stay; will stay here again.
