Step inside this beautifully appointed 123sqm home and be greeted by a bright, open plan living and dining space flowing seamlessly to a large undercover balcony. North-facing and bathed in natural light, it showcases panoramic views of Melbourne’s city skyline and the peaceful Yarra River — the ideal spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind at sunset.

The sleek granite-topped kitchen is fully equipped with a modern electric cooktop, dishwasher, and a coffee machine (BYO pods), while a hidden butler’s pantry doubles as a full laundry with washer and dryer. With brand-new, stylish furnishings throughout, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxing and functional stay.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and designed for privacy. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in robe, and a spacious ensuite featuring a separate bath and shower.
