Typical HI x room. Perhaps better cond than some. Updated bath with large quartz vanity & shower stall. Keurig, very large tv (65”). Love the soft & firm pillows. HVAC worked well and quiet. Spancrete building so very quiet. Best door closer in the business, quiet and complete without the typical door slam. Decent breakfast with good sausage gravy & biscuits and excellent warm cinnamon rolls. C grade eggs. Excellent coffee. They use a Costa coffee system that grinds the beans and brews for each cup. Great coffee and pretty quick with 2 machines available at most locations. The only major problem was a cockroach in the room on morning as we were leaving. Hopefully not a bigger problem.

have stayed in this hotel many times for business and have consistently been impressed with the cleanliness, the comfort, friendliness of employees, quality of the breakfast offered. It's location gives easy access to interstate and areas of shopping and restaurants nearby (but not walking distance really)

Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful! Overall the hotel is clean. Elevator is very slow. Breakfast was not that great. The eggs were watery and the biscuits were not soft or fluffy. We ended up eating breakfast out due to the food quality on the other mornings.

Overall the hotel was clean and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the bathroom had Dove products, hand soap and lotion which was located on the wall by the bathroom sink and shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the shower wall. We were not pleased that we left for an outing and came back and the room had not been cleaned. Went to the front desk to make them aware and requested that we want the room cleaned the next day. Meantime in order to get fresh towels we had to bring the used towels to the front desk in order to get fresh towels. The next day noticed the cleaning woman at a room down the hall working her way in the opposite direction of our room. I approached her and she could not her me as she had earplugs in and a man from the cleaning staff had to get her attention in Spanish. The woman did not speak any English. Upon trying to speak to her she radioed another woman who spoke little English but enough to understand what I was trying to convey. She went on to say that our room was not on the list to be cleaned. Went down to the front desk and spoke again to person at desk and they stated the room was in fact on the list to be cleaned. Upon our exit from the room a woman was in the hall and kept saying “I am going to clean your room.” We said “thank you and left for the day. When we came back we could see linen had been changed and new towels were there. The pictures are showing how she replaced towels and how sloppy bed was made.
