Good location out of city centre

Basic hotel. Strange bathroom setup with seperate toilet & shower with sink in the bedroom. Breakfast available. Location out of the city suited us well to travel in & out. Free parking available with shopping centre next to hotel

The floor of the room was very very dirty. The microphone bedside lamps were broken. There was no soap in the dispenser and no hand towels. Beds were actually quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Elevators were working fine. Location is very good because you are inside a mall. Parking was no problem. Staff were not too bad. The hotel could be very cute with the music theme, but needs a bit more thought, care and attention.

Nos gustó la experiencia en general de hospedarnos en el hotel. La temática de música lo hace interesante de descubrir. El desayuno incluido fue variado durante nuestra estancia, aunque solo hubo waffles un día de los cuatro que nos quedamos. No nos gustó la zona de niños, no había nada ahí y se veía descuidado y sucio. Nuestro mini refrigerador de la habitación no servía. Felicitaciones al staff, que siempre fueron muy amables y atentos.

If you are here for the shopping, great. Or if you want to see the uniqueness of a cenote in the Cotsco parking lot... (yes, there is a Cotsco right by the hotel, the hotel itself been inside a gigantic mall). The Mayan Museum is a great half day trip, walking distance. The hotel is far from the center, and rooms are super clean but outdated.
