From the moment we walked in we were greeted by your gracious hostess, Florencia. She couldn’t be more accommodating for us. Providing information on questions we had regarding salons and also offered to make appointments for us, which is beyond what I had expected. At checkout, it was just as seamless as it was checking in with your lovely hostess Florencia greeting us and thanking us for our patronage and asking us to come again soon. The location was a perfect spot for what we wanted.

It was inexpensive for being close to the beach. There was hair in the shower from previous guests, the toilet seat was loose and they didn't have any one there to fix it, 1 of the bathroom floor tiles was cracked.

Location is great. Rooms are basic but sufficient for a nights stay. Hotel is 2 floors and doesn't have a elevator. We requested a first floor room due to my companion recently having a hip replacement. Accommodated us with no problems. Cute little rooftop area

Good for a short stay

The cove is a small boutique hotel. The address was hard to find with GPS. The entrance is tucked away. Check in was good. No key, you punch in a code. Room was small but clean and comfortable. We are staying here for one night before the cruise.

Chic Hotel

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly, super helpful and the location was a few blocks away from the beach. I would say the improvement that is required is to replace the toilet paper holders where possible. The decor of the hotel was very chic, I especially enjoyed reading the quotes written on the. room doors. The restaurant attached made it ver convenient for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Good selection and very tasty!

The price at 200 a night was pretty good for Miami Beach. The area is great with a bus stop and the hop on hop off #2 right across the street. When driving by, one wouldn't even know a hotel was there as you have to walk through the restaurant (outdoor seating area) next to it to get to the front desk. What I didn't like was how dirty it was. Yes, the bed was clean and even comfortable ( I am picky about bed comfort). The floors aren't cleaned. I took my shoes off in the room and I had to clean my feet before climbing into bed because they were so dirty from walking on the floor! It is like they don't bother with cleaning the floor! My feet were literally black from walking around in the room! The sink looked like it was going to fall off and everything was very worn. One outlet on wall and one by the desk. We had to unplug the lamp so we could have an outlet. Room is very small but I guess big enough. Not enough room for a chair. No deadbolt and no key, just a reused pass code. A view of the wall of the next building 5ft away.

Great little boutique property … rooftop terrace was a nice place to lounge with a drink in the evening. Rooms has a bit of a dormitory feel but personality made up for it. Convenient to many eateries and shopping in south beach. I would stay there again!
