The price at 200 a night was pretty good for Miami Beach. The area is great with a bus stop and the hop on hop off #2 right across the street. When driving by, one wouldn't even know a hotel was there as you have to walk through the restaurant (outdoor seating area) next to it to get to the front desk. What I didn't like was how dirty it was. Yes, the bed was clean and even comfortable ( I am picky about bed comfort). The floors aren't cleaned. I took my shoes off in the room and I had to clean my feet before climbing into bed because they were so dirty from walking on the floor! It is like they don't bother with cleaning the floor! My feet were literally black from walking around in the room! The sink looked like it was going to fall off and everything was very worn. One outlet on wall and one by the desk. We had to unplug the lamp so we could have an outlet. Room is very small but I guess big enough. Not enough room for a chair. No deadbolt and no key, just a reused pass code. A view of the wall of the next building 5ft away.

Great little boutique property … rooftop terrace was a nice place to lounge with a drink in the evening. Rooms has a bit of a dormitory feel but personality made up for it. Convenient to many eateries and shopping in south beach. I would stay there again!

I liked that it was close to everything in south beach, but the place itself was dirty, there was poop on one of the sheets. There was no covers, just a paper thin sheet to cover myself. The rooms Were extremely small. Bathroom Was also pretty disgusting.

This was such a cute little place. It has a vintage vibe, it was clean comfy and a great price. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The roof top was pretty and nicely lite. Only thing that was weird is the patio down stairs isnt their's its a restaurants so its hard to get your luggage through when they are open.

Firstly want to start off by saying amazing shower. The bathroom was our favorite part. The rooms are way smaller than the photos. There were minor inconveniences such as no light bulb in the lamp, no elevator, no working remotes and Wi-Fi spotty. Other than that this hotel has lots of potential and could be a great place to stay if they put their money into the cosmetics.

The property is in a great location if you dont want to be in the middle of the action, but the rooms need updating. No storage at all in the bathroom. Looks.like someone started to repair and updated and left it as is. Room smelled moldy that my friend coughed everytime we were in it. Air conditioning and fan were not working on arrival. Attendant came to try and fix but could not so we had to sleep in the heat since there were no rooms available until the am. We asked for compensation for our miserable night and were given an hour extension on check out. Wifi in and out all the time and we had to sleep with lights on becaue the switch was behind the bed

Cute, quaint, and cozy little hotel off the beaten path. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Each room door unique with inspirational quotes. Definitely would choose here again over a “chain” hotel. Great delicious breakfast/brunch restaurant attached.
