There was no hot water. We showered in the morning, evening and night. Still no hot water. Most outlets did not work otherwise the location and staff was wonderful. I also like all the interaction events held by the hotel. Pool was dirty but the beach was right there so who cares.

Good stay in a walkable area. Photos on site do not meet expectations. Rooms are much smaller, and need updates. Several issues with room cards, though resolved quickly when raised to staff. Cleaning staff threw away personal property (unused hygiene products) without cause. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.

We like it because the restaurants are convenient, they have happy hours for an hour, service is very good, there was nice enough to hold our luggage when we checkout and walking distance on everything. The things we didn't like is the room is outdated, no coffee, there was a yellow stain on the bed, there was no cable.
