Dirty toilet on arrival, insect bites during the stay, and bugs found in the bed. A personal item went missing and later reappeared, raising serious security concerns. Staff blamed bugs on humidity and “deep cleaning” did not fix the issue. Unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable. Avoid this hotel.

called office to report a problem and got NO answer!! Had to get dressed and walk down the street to the main lobby to complain about a problem that they never fixed!!! Room was FREEZING (heat blew out cold air) when asked to move my room they dismissed me and my room wasn’t changed!! Ana at the front desk gave my bag to a man who lied about it being his!! Luckily I was standing there to witness it happen or my $150 sneakers would have been gone when I got back !!

Staff at check out was rude to every customer. There was a lady with glasses that didn’t want to take our luggage for hold for 1.5 hours just enough for us to eat at the attached restaurant establishment. She told the other female to tell us no. We saw the room where the luggage and there was plenty of room. We quickly realized that the lady with glasses only said yes to holding luggage if you handed her money right away as a tip. We usually tip at pick up. We watched her rushing everyone away from the desk. Wouldn’t come here again.

The room door is not secured to the frame. You can push the door open while it’s locked from the top. Most of the staff were pleasant. The environment is inviting. The room needs an upgrade. The bedding was clean and I recommend bringing your own towel and wash cloth

I did not add breakfast. The AC runs very well, maybe even too well. Even when you turn the AC off, there is an overhead fan (directly over the bed} that runs non-stop. You cannot turn it off. It kept the room cold even though I didn't want it to. I ended up with the post-nasal drip the day before my last day. The room was very clean but had a slight odor to it that could not be neutralized with air freshener. I was happy that I was able to stay in my room even though I had two reservations (same room type). I wish I would have looked up what a Juliet balcony was before I paid the extra price for. I didn't appreciate the extra deposit fee on top of the other taxes and resort fees that were listed.

The Lady who checked in for Reservation was cruel and not kind at all,i made a Reservation thru Hotels.com and i had my Credit Card,then she refused to let me check.in. because my Chime Card was not accepted, i had 1000$ in Cash and that wasn't good enough neither, and then on a Thursday Night i had to walk around and try to find another Room,very,very disappointing,

I have to say that this was not the greatest experience. The check in was great and so was the front staff. The issues began when I had to go to the building where my room was. I stopped by the bar as there was not front desk, a manager was making drinks, no greeting I asked where do I go for my room he just said elevator. I eventually found my way up. Musty room, bed with hairs and 2 lizards in the room. I go downstairs for a meal and I’m told sit wherever, I sit by the window, 20 minutes until the server comes she takes my order and that was the last I see of her. I had to ask for a drink from the bar cause she was non existent. Food came, cold fries and chewy chicken. So bad. I asked for the check by having to stand and look for someone, service charge is included which was so ridiculous because no one did anything to deserve the automatic gratuity. I always over tip as I’m in the industry but wow this entire experience was incredibly gross. Only good thing was the front desk at the main building.

The breakfast was cold and the toast was like bread crumbs. They are a no frills facility. No coffee and no community microwave. I was given a voucher from a guest. There was no breakfast at at all, offered in the price.

Hotel front desk staff were very unhelpful, the rooms were dirty, and we had to stay above Taco Taco which had an extremely loud DJ until 11pm during the week. I would never stay here and again and do not recommend staying here. Terrible experience.
