This is not a hotel ! It is abig vila, devided to 7 room with bathroom attached. You can hear people come and ho and the atmosphere is not of a hotel.Furniture are really used, carpets are dirty. Not fun!

Breakfast quality was excellent as it’s cook on request but can order once only. Staff don’t know English and manager wasn’t available at checkout time and charged more than booking amount and message and call but don’t reply in that matter. Parking was available on property and safe. Room was clean but lack or privacy and small.

The area surrounding the property was noticeably dirty and dusty, which created a poor first impression. The towels provided were old and felt worn out. Parking was inconvenient and quite a hassle throughout the stay. Overall, aside from the room itself, most of the facilities and common areas appeared outdated and not well-maintained, giving the place an unclean and neglected feel. The images on the website do not match the actual experience.

Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Hilda and Lily who prepared our breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very yummy and is made to order. There is a very nice outside terrace under trees where you enjoy your morning coffee. Convenient location to Ocean Drive, only 5 min walk. Located in a very quiet residential area. Stays 2 nights or longer get free parking on request. I would stay there again. Highly recommend it !!

We loved our stay. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Location amazing, quiet road but close to all shops and restaurants and only 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive. We were very lucky and able to park onsite which was a bonus. When we visit Miami again, will definitely book this place again. Helen & Wayne 😀 x

We stayed in the back room detached from the main house. The room was cute but not very clean. The blankets had stains on them. The shower had mildew all along the tile and the shower door that was supposed to be there was removed and replaced with worn down shower curtains that had a few small holes in them. The corners of the floor were dirty. Overall the room did not smell or look very clean. The breakfast was tasty however the food choices are the same everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the beach, shopping, food and downtown area. Disappointed for the price we paid.
