The hotel and area was wonderful. Only complaint would be the issue with the elevators, but after the first day you get used to it. I would definitely come back here again!

Most everything was fine, especially the staff - they were great. However, the facilities appear to be undergoing some renovations and 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service for our stay. We were there for 5 days and did not see any progress being made on the elevator, which apparently has been the case for several months now per other reviews. Not sure what could possibly be taking this long, but this should be a top priority as this is not a negligible inconvenience, especially for those on the higher floors, or cannot trek the stairs... Also, 1 of the 2 pools was out of service during our stay, which really didn't matter too much.

Front desk staff was always rude, acting like they were bothered if you asked them a question ( especially Jacinda- if I remember her name correctly). Never welcoming you back into the hotel and always on side conversations. The room balcony had severe bird poop all over it, it took 2 days and talking to 4 different people before it was cleaned up. It was also never cleaned again, and since the balcony wasn’t covered it became a daily issue. You couldn’t even touch the handrail that’s how filthy it was. For a 6 night stay and such a property that balcony should’ve been cleaned daily. The room service was sub par as they always forgot to refill either the coffee, coffee cups or shampoo/conditioner. Also the walls are paper thin, you could literally hear everything in the room next door.

We were first welcomed with a broken elevator and 12 steps up to enter the hotel. Then presented with a room with no drawers for clothes, no sink in the bathroom but a stand alone sink next to the door with no counter space or vanity for makeup, or shaving or hair care. The TV was super small roughly 15 inches and not up to today’s standards. We immediately requested another room and that we could not stay for a week in those conditions. We were told there were no other rooms available. We advised the front desk at 9 am that we needed to leave. We checked out by 10am but had to wait in line as others were checking in until we could talk with the manager at 11am.

A small but charming hotel in a great location. The lobby and pool area look nice and luxurious. However, the rooms are quite small, and the bathrooms are very outdated. The hotel offers complimentary bikes for up to 2 hours a day, but most of them are not in working condition. Additionally, there's a $47 resort fee, which feels unreasonable since this isn't a resort-style hotel. With the high nightly rate, everything should already be included without any extra charges.

#1 We arrived on April 3rd, out of two elevators one was out of order, which continued throughout our stay 4 days. #2 we were give a room which we did nit ask for (HANDICAPPED) #3 THEY DID NOT CHANGE OUR ROOM BECAUSE THEY WERE BOOKED #4 THE BATHROOM TUB ACTUALLY FELT SMALLER BECAUSE OF THE HANDICAPPED EQUIPMENT #5 THE WATER PRESSURE ON OUR FLOOR WAS EXTREMELY WEAK #920 #6 THE DAY OF OUR CHECK OUT SUNDAY IT TOOK 35 MINUTES TO GET TO LOBBY BECAUSE THE ELEVATOR WAS ALWAYS FULL OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS ONLY ONE... The staff at the time that you arrived are not friendly and don’t welcome you! They act as if they don’t care that you are there to stay at their property. The front desk is friendly and they do make you feel welcome. There is 2 elevators and the next day they were working on one of the elevators making it difficult to carry your luggage to the lobby and the manager didn’t noting to inform the guests that it was going to be difficult getting the elevator to check out. If you are going to work on the elevator at check out time let your guests know so that they can make arrangements in case they are needing to get to the airport on time
