Amazing property. Staff was always pleasant and ready to assist. Sofia from the front desk was extremely helpful, always nice and pleasant! The interaction with any of the staff members was always positive, they definitely focus on customer service. The property was always clean, including the pool and their beach property. The only drawback is the spa. The spa is at best mediocre, the services are mediocre and the front desk attendants are sub par. For a spa service it was disappointing. Do not expect relaxation if you have the last appointment of the day as they will make sure to let you know several times you have to leave as they are closing ( probably shouldn’t have an appointment availability that late in the day if the staff is rushing out).

The hotel is gorgeous and everything is brand new. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Overall I absolutely love this hotel and will stay here again.
