There were many charges I wasn't expecting, like an automatic 20% gratuity at the restaurant, resort fee was high, valet fee was higher than advertised, taxes on top of everything, and I felt duped by $12 bottles of water at the restaurant.

Food was bad especially room service breakfast, terrible. Front desk staff should not be in the hospitality industry. But the pool/bar staff were awesome. Also the massage was not good and charged way more than was quoted.
