Perfect location for the experience. Inbound of all the hotspots of Ocean Drive. The beach is 5 mins walking and provided beach chairs and towels.(Free)

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The bed was filthy with white stains and crusty bed bugs. The hotel did not clean the shower or remove the dirty toys in the bathroom. This place is disgusting, but worse than the dirty room was the horrible staff. They did not offer a new room or even to have the room cleaned. Needless to say, we left this dirty and disgusting hotel. Filing a Claim through Expedia

We stayed at this hotel for the Labor Day long weekend. Overall, it was a good, convenient, and very affordable place to stay, with just a couple of minor snags. They already had us checked in by the time we arrived, and had both rooms available, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers beach chairs and towels, but they run out of chairs quickly, so grab them in the morning. They also provide bikes, but they were "out of order" during our entire stay. The beach is just across the street, and a CVS pharmacy is conveniently located next door. While the street gets very loud at night, we didn't hear any noise in the room. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are relatively small, with tiles on the floors, which creates a rather utilitarian vibe. The hotel is pretty old and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, but it still has its charm. They lost power twice due to tropical rains. Once during the day, and the other time overnight. It wasn't easy to sleep without an air conditioner. Also, our room was not cleaned for two days in a row, which could have been due to the combination of the holiday and loss of power.

The room's bathroom and its doors are very deteriorated. On the other hand, and most frustrating, the internet connection is worse than terrible, and the staff readily admits this. To attend two meetings, I had to leave the hotel at 6:00 a.m. and return, as the outside area is used for sleeping by homeless people. So, I asked my colleagues to wait until 7:00 a.m. when the sun came up to hold my meeting outside the hotel. So my plan to work and enjoy the beach until 9:00 a.m., when the food fair started, was impossible

I loved the location because it was right across from the beach. Staff was very attentive. However the hotel was very old, stained carpet, bed was a glorified cot, bathroom was tiny, old dingy dorm fridge, elevator was somewhat shotty. There was a bar onsite with outdoor seating for the restaurant. I did not eat there so I cant comment on the food. Although the location and my room view was awesome, I will say I will never book this hotel again. Too raunchy.

The room was clean but because it was purchased through Expedia, I feel they stuck us with a parking lot/alley view on the 4th floor at the back of the hotel when much prettier/closer rooms were available. I was also charged $55 additional for the "amenities" (for our 8 hour stay) and $50 for valet parking. I would not stay here again, there are better options in the area.

This is the best budget friendly stay next to miami beach. Everything is walking distance. The property is not new but its clean. Staff is attentive and sweet! Will definitely stay again. The only thing i wish they can change is have the beds lower.
