The staff is very customer service oriented per instance Ramona ,the lady who served the braekfast buffet she was very attentive,indulging and a hard worker,cleaning the tables in a goos mood the other lady Magaly who cleans the rooms on the 2 nd floor she really cleans the room,bathroom concientely. I would book there again if I have to come back.

This has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First at check in they don’t speak English, the rooms are falling apart. They really need a good handyman. The bathroom had molded in places I had never seen. The air conditioner sucks, the room was so hot the whole night we barely got rest and got up so sweaty. The rugs are full of stains, the beds are extremely old, the springs were so bad it felt like a trampoline (literally). For what they cha he for this hotel and the location it’s in they really need to do better.

Things I did not like about the property: - every day the door key had to be reset. Imagine every night you reach home tired and all you want to do is enter your room and you are locked out because the key isn’t working. - elevator made weird noises.
