Very large & clean suite. Building is on the older side but they do a good job keeping it modern looking for the most part. Bed was super comfy. Check in and valet process was smooth. Prime location and nice ocean view even though it is partial still adds to the vibe. Would definitely stay again!

room had lights that kept flickering after complaing they still did not fix . Couch had stains on it pillows hard as rocks.Bird poop all over railings .Tried to make us pay for drinks at pool said we can not bring our own in nothing in the rules before you book drinks way to expensive.No towels at beach always out of towels at pool. ALL TOWELS HAD STAINS ON THEM!!

Incredible hotel so Comfortable. I had the room with the outdoor terrace big fridge and freezer and also a microwave. CVS close by so was able to load up on water etc. room beautiful shower gorgeous but floors and around the toilet and ceiling needs some work. Staff from check in to the lovely gents who store the luggage they couldn’t do enough for you. I will be back!

This is the second time I’ve chosen this hote, it’s a nice place with great staff and a good location with family. I would like to mention, however, that rooftop security and ph access should be improved. This time, while staying in the ph again, during the night two people tried to force the door and access our room, pushing and attempting to break the rooftop stair door. I had to contact security and walk the entire rooftop with them until we found the individuals. Unfortunately, after that incident, I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night. I would recommend adding additional security measures, such as more cameras, stricter access controls, or reinforced doors in private rooftop areas, to prevent situations like this in the future. Beyond that happened this time, the hotel in general is highly recommended.

Best hotel in Miami, will return. The balcony is so pretty at night, convenient location (restaurants & CVS right around the corner), 10min walk to the beach. Service is amazing, rooftop is beautiful.

Rooms at the Boulan are nicer than the sister building South Beach however, many things were broken in the room + you can tell it has not been refreshed in a while. The sofa was sot stained I would not even want to sit on it
