We would definitely stay here again. For the price you get what looks like an entire condo. There were a couple kind of weird quirky things about it but easy to overlook. The pros outweighed the cons!!

Nice place to stay

Clean spacious room. Nice restaurant on premises. Atrium area is very nice and service was excellent. Only downside was parking but didn’t have trouble finding street parking close by. Would stay again.

Face was very nice clean and welcoming. I love the hospitality here all the employees were great and they’re very helpful close by everything restaurants beach entertainment if you’re in the area and staying in Miami South Beach, please stay at Boulan South Beach an experience greatness I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who’s coming to Miami

We had to wait hours in the lobby after check in because they said no rooms were available. Once we got to the room the sheets and covers were dirty. We called down and they said they had no other covers available nor house keeping so they gave us sheets and a blanket we had to put on the bed ourselves

We booked the beach view, we definitely didn't have a view of the beach. The ceiling fan didn't work over the bed. The shower was clogged so the water came to our ankles. A few of the outlets didn't work. The couch had multiple stains on it. Overall its a nice property, it needs some updates though.
