Courtyard by Marriott Dolphin Mall is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel, perfect for easy access to Dolphin Mall and nearby plazas full of dining and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the staff is friendly, and the property is well-maintained with a relaxing pool and inviting common areas. It’s also a great base for exploring Brickell, Wynwood, and Miami Beach. The only drawback is that the room key cards tend to demagnetize easily, and more reliable key cards would improve the overall guest experience.

This hotel stands out primarily due to the level of hospitality provided by the team. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was highly efficient. They truly set a gold standard for guest care. ​The rooms themselves, while clean, the interiors are showing their age and feel ready for a modern update. Additionally, the lighting fixtures provided are quite dim, which made the workspace and general room ambiance feel a bit too dark unless the curtains are opened. ​In summary, the quality of the people and the service makes the Courtyard Marriott an easy recommendation, but the accommodations are modestly appointed and not the most contemporary.
