Yes , neglected in maintenance, felt cheap for courtyard standards. Not as clean setup. Housekeeping was done well. Staff didn't allow me to track my staff on Marriott app.

The staff were very nice. The location is great. Close to parks, restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe walking around, even at night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and that person slept on the sofa over the pull out part. The noise of cars revving their engines was very loud in the room. This went on very late into the night on the first night, which was a Friday. They did have a white noise machine in the room and I am guessing that is why. The towels and water pressure were good. The hotel could use an update but I would stay there again because of the location.
