Donna was an amazing host. The property is perfectly located one block from the beach on Collins Avenue in South Beach. The unit is fully air-conditioned and features double-paned windows, ensuring quiet despite the lively surroundings. The unit includes a full kitchen with essentials like a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. The bathroom is well-equipped with a bath, shower, and clean towels. High-speed WiFi makes it ideal for digital nomads. We appreciated the beach supplies: Tommy Bahama chairs, plenty of towels, and a portable umbrella. A Cuban cafe downstairs offers great coffee and serves as luggage storage. The Versace Mansion nearby offers excellent dining at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience! We'd definitely return.

We stay here every time we come to Miami. Location cannot be heat, three locks to get in/out, police within a block. The grocery reopened directly below and has lots of things. Very clean, convenient to have kitchen on site and close to everything!!

We stay here every time we come down to visit. Just big enough to use for us as a couple and a block to beach access. There is a closet of things to use including beach accessories with towels! It has a gated code for all three entrances so feels very safe and no need to carry keys! Small kitchen is plenty to keep snacks or even cook a dinner! Wonderful place and we will never choose another!!

I had a great time and pretended to lived in South Beach for a week! All entrances were key pads so no need to worry about physical keys. The place was well kept and clean. If you want to be right where the action is, this place is for you!

Winter Getaway

It was fast and very efficient to book this property. Everything was stated exactly as it was. Great walking distance to everything. Lots of shopping and great places to eat. Only 1 block to Ocean Drive and the beach. Donna was an excellent host. Will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

Great location - within walking distance of everything! Short walk to the beach & great restaurants. Owner was a pleasure to stay with. The condo was clean & welcoming and the bed was comfortable. Note that this unit is a residential complex, you will hear the typical noises associated with having apartment type neighbors as well as some street noise. That said, ear plugs are provided and the AC helped to drown out some noises. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach towels and chairs provided. Additional perks were the black out curtains and the snacks provided. Wish we had discovered Bettant Bakery sooner in our stay - the croissants were great - and it is just around the corner from the condo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is amazing! Donna the owner was so friendly when I messaged her! The place itself is very clean and had everything you need for the beach. Four big beach towels, so many shower towels and wash cloths, a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, a cooler, vacuum, caddy to carry stuff to the beach, extra blankets and pillows, cleaning supplies, a welcome basket with masks, snacks and hand sanitizer, a hair dryer, soaps, can opener to open beer bottles, wine opener, microwave etc. This place has everything! And it is attached to a convenience store with an ATM and it sells alcohol. The couch and the ottoman can be converted into single adult beds and the bed itself can fit two adults. Perfect for four friends! The area is amazing with the naked taco restaurant and rooftop right across the street. A late night pizza place (cash only) right near the property and a CVS one block away. And the beach is one block away which was the best part! Donna even extended our checkout time to 12pm when I asked which was amazing. I highly recommend this place!!!

Terrific place to stay

We had a great time at this condo. The location was perfect, one block from the beach, with many great restaurant’s very close by. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella and all the other little niceties that were provided to us. The condo was very clean and really had everything you need. The communication I had with Donna was excellent, and she really tries to take care of her guests. I highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we are looking forward to coming back

Perfect location

This a perfect location for people looking to party and explore, and for people who like quiet and want to be close to the beach. The studio apartment was clean, cozy, convenient and secure. Everything you’d want in a vacation home is here. I would rent this home for future trips to South Beach.

We love this place! My husband and I have stayed previously and brought our daughter and granddaughters this time. The new flooring is beautiful and we appreciated the fold out ottoman! The kitchen is just big enough and between the welcome basket and the closet with things to borrow-we cannot say enough positive things. One block off Ocean makes a huge difference with noise levels. The building is very secure and requires three locks to get in. Plenty of towels and all discussions with Donna were easy and quickly answered. We love this place and will be returning ASAP!

It was perfect for us!

The condo is located in the heart of South Beach. I was wondering if I would rather stay at a more quiet area but I am glad we didn't. When outside, my husband and I loved being around so many people and hearing cars and other noises! Getting into the condo was very easy (because we had the codes for 3 doors). When we walked it, we were taken aback with how cute it is! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, nicely furnished and had a comfy feel. Donna had a basket of goodies, sanitizing wipes, antibacterial gel, bottled water, and a few other things waiting for us. The condo was well supplied with things we might need. There was even a cooler on wheels, sand toys for kids, large beach towels, and 2 beach chairs that you can put on your back. We bought a beach umbrella to use for our stay and left it for someone else's enjoyment. Some of the noises outside were heard during the day but at nighttime, when using the fan on the a/c, we didn't hear much at all. The only 2 negatives would be the water temperature was hard to regulate and the windows could use a washing (which I am sure is not an easy thing to do). With that said, we would definitely stay here again. It was awesome!
