The property was beautiful but a little dated in some areas. But great nonetheless. We loved the pool area, the dining options and our comfortable suite. Access to the beach was perfect. The staff was kind, courteous and attentive. We’ll definitely be back.

1. Girl at front desk wasn’t informing at all handed me a key didn’t tell me my room number or anything at all about the property how to get to my room or anything! 2.they give you full size beds and argue they are queens. 3.i called front desk to speak to a manager let me on hold for 5 minutes and the manager never came to my call so I hung up then the front desk girl called me said the manager was on the way to my room to speak to me so when the guy came to my room I asked him if he was the manager first he said yes, then 30 seconds later said he was the chief engineer not the manager. 4. Walls are paper thin you can hear very clearly what your neighbors are saying room 722 5. Toilet paper holder doesn’t even fit the holder 6. The landscaper decided to start trimming palm trees over my head fell 3- feet away from me maybe less,at noon why do you start so late why do it in peak hours 7. Beach access door by the back always had a line to get in and out the door because it only worked once out of 20 swipes

Relaxing place to vacation

The hotel was very clean and maintained. Even though it doesn't look that great from the outside, the inside was beautiful. The location is also very convenient. The staff was friendly for the most part, the front desk people could be a little more welcoming. The luggage storage was excellent. The rooms were basic but clean. The water pressure was not that great in the shower. The breakfast options are good, especially the flakey croissant. The food at the poolside bar was basic, could use a little more care in preparing (grilled chicken on the BLT was small and dry), and served on paper plates, which is convenient but not very environmentally friendly. The cocktails were not good (had to imagine the Pina in pinacolada). There was direct access to the beach which was convenient but only 2 loungers per room no matter how many in a room ($10 for extra). And the pool was really nice too (maybe heated? It was warmer than the ocean and the pool showers). Overall it was a nice, relaxing experience.

Overpriced.

Room was comfortable. Lobby was not welcoming. The restaurant offered very good service. Pool water was too cold to swim. Not many restaurants in the area. Overall this hotel is overpriced.

Good hotel, what you would expect from a Choice property, with a due to its location right on the beach. Pool area was fine, nice, but not grand. No pool bar or services at pool to speak of; vending machine took $ but didn’t dispense drink and front desk just gave me a phone number to call. Should have just made it right for such small amount in consideration. But restaurant and bar inside was nice and room clean and updated and well appointed. I would stay here again especially if I want to be on the affordable side of things.

I mean the room was big and spacious staff was very nice but it was supposed to be all inclusive and it was not. The room needed paint as it was peeling they were paint blushes on the floor and the tub leave the lock to be desired. In my opinion it averaged out the $500 a night which is definitely not worth that except for the fact that it's on the beach.

First, I couldn’t dry my hair with the hair dryer without the lights going out. The breaker tripped and the power went out. I was finally able to dry my hair with all the lights turned off in the room. Not the best styling moment without lights. We went to din er and when we got back, we didn’t have lights in the bathroom again. Another room on our same circuit tripped the breaker again. We checked in on Saturday, checked out on Monday morning, they never serviced out room on Sunday. We were gone all afternoon. I had to ask for fresh towels. I went down to talk to someone at the front desk about the service and our power issue in the room. They made note and told me check back with them in the morning. When I checked out, I asked about the issues we had and they said we had to request to have our room serviced. Strange, we were traveling with my brother and sister in law stayed and their room was serviced without having to ask it to be. That was a first. They did not seem to care that we had a power or service issue. I will never stay in the hotel again.

Terrible service, staff were very unhelpful.

Staff were really unhelpful our flight got moved back a day and we asked to stay an extra night, they said they were fully booked and wouldn’t accommodate us, even though their was plenty of availability online. We ended up moving to the Hoilday Inn next door and the staff there were fantastic. Our room was also above a generator so was very noisy at night, asked to move but said they didn’t have any other room options. Which wasn’t true as you could still book our same room online. There was also a bar being built in the lobby so lots of work men and tool everywhere. The size of the room was the only highlight, the suite was a good size.
