I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it overall. The pricing was not transparent—upon check-in, we were charged additional fees per night and per person, which hadn’t been clearly communicated. Parking was extremely expensive, and the restaurant lacked variety for the high prices. Most of the staff were not particularly friendly, with the exception of the valet team, who were excellent. One major downside was that the hotel did not clean the seaweed from their private beach, making it unusable during our stay—especially disappointing since other nearby hotels did maintain their beach areas. On the positive side, the internet was good, the pool was excellent—very clean and heated. Overall, I would recommend considering other options in the area.

Good hotel, not great.

The Radisson Resort Miami Beach hotel was a decent hotel. Service was OK. The valets have such a small, narrow area for cars they have difficulty managing the cars coming in and going out. Beach area was nice, but water was full of kelp, so rather unappealing for those who want to wade or swim in the water.

I booked my reservation on hotels.com. When I arrived, the receptionist, Patricia, told me there were no rooms and to contact hotels.com for a refund. When I asked for a supervisor, she told me there wasn't one. Then a supervisor finally came who told me to contact hotels.com for a refund. Why sell rooms if you are sold out? It makes no sense to me.
