I would think being a Choice Privilege member i could have got the late checkout i requested. That was one reason i picked this hotel. They advertised late checkout was avaliable.

Overall hotel is good, however some of the staff made me feel unwanted ( not all, some staff were great). There is no room service- however this hotel is listed as a 4 star- so how they don't have room service is mind blowing. The taxes on top of taxes is insane. There is a tourist Fee and then a tax for the tourist fee, is that legal? 45 per night to park a car, but I rented a high cost room, insane. What you pay for the quality of hotel is not on par. For the same cost I would rather go next door to a real 4 star.

Don’t be fooled

The hotel is just ok, quite deceiving actually. Entrance lobby and the backyard with the private access to the beach is pretty. But as you enter your room, and hear your neighbor’s noises and the hallway’s commotion, you get to wonder if you chose the right hotel. Bed and curtains are old. I’ll give this hotel 2 or 3 stars

The hotel had quite a bit of noise; it felt like you could hear everything going on, including running water and conversations from the neighboring rooms. The beds were quite firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Additionally, the staff had communication barriers that made interactions challenging. Gratuity was automatically included in most charges. If you’re visiting Miami for the first time, I would suggest looking for alternative accommodations.

The food was disgusting which is probably why the dining room remained empty during our 4night stay, except for one day of breakfast. I am leaving with severe back pain as the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Made an appointment with my chiropractor upon my return home. There is no guest service support while enjoying the poolside experience and bell hop service is non existent. The reception staff are pleasant and professional, housekeeping was very attentive, but I am certain that I will never stay at this property in the future.

Disgusting outdated rooms!! Dirty, old property. Staff was ok. No sense of urgency for anything. Waited 45 mins for extra towels. Dining options are limited with slow service. Would never stay there again. Good location but that’s the only reason we stayed there because it was close for our conference
