Good location. Front desk staff was not particularly helpful. Housekeeping took our towels (which were hanging on hooks by the bathroom door) and washcloths but never replaced any of them. We were able to get towels but never any more washcloths. Internet was spotty at best.

Loved every bit of my stay at the Raddison. Staff was transparent and friendly, pool area and access to beach was convenient and clean, and location is in proximity to hot spots in the area! Room bathtub could’ve been cleaned better but nothing outrageous given my OCD tendencies!

We came in early and had to wait till 2:00 p.m. to check in to avoid a 30% increase in our nightly rate. The room was not clean for the price paid. The staff at the front desk we're not friendly or welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was an okay experience. The rooms were clean and the lobby was quite nice, which gave a good first impression. The gift shop was closed most days which was frustrating when we needed something like quick access to sunscreen or a snack. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach, which were definite highlights of our stay. However, the service at the front desk was disappointing — the staff were neither friendly nor particularly helpful. In contrast, the pool bar staff were kind and welcoming, which made a big difference when we were outside enjoying the amenities. This is a solid 3.5-star hotel — fine for a short stay, especially with kids, but don’t expect standout service.

The People at front desk not helpful we had to call 3 times for towels no respond i had to go out and get them myself from the housekeeping cart Soap and shampoo not enough for 4 people as we made the reservation for we had to ask They send a text that they will clean the room every 3 days for that i go to a airbnb The valet parking excelent but expensive Next time i will make sure not a Radisson hotel

I’m usually not one to share a bad review but I feel this one is WELL warranted! 1. We checked in and were IMMEDIATELY met by ants on the floor and bed. I promptly contacted the front desk and was told they would send someone up to address the matter. Waited for an hour then went to the front desk to notify them that we were leaving for dinner. They told me they would either spray or change our room. Upon our return, we were told that spraying was no longer an option until tomorrow and unfortunately they had no rooms to move us too. So the solution was for us to stay in an ant infested room and spray in the morning….absolutely not. We had a back and forth for about 10 minutes until the manager finally decided to get involved after I requested to speak to him several times. When I asked for names and job titles, only then did a room miraculously become available. This all took place at 9pm and I checked in at 4pm. 2. For several days we saw fec
