The room was very spacious and and appeared fairly clean but when my son pulled the covers back there was hair on the sheets and there was used tissue on the floor behind the couch, as I was walking pin the balcony. I can only assume the room wasn't cleaned properly, but the situation was handled timely, with housekeeping coming to change the sheets immediately. I still feel as though the room wasn't properly cleaned prior to me checking in. The parking situation was an issue for me as well. I stayed in a different Hilton property on Sunday, 10/26/25 with upfront parking for Diamond and Gold members which I really liked. The parking lot was small and full, and I had to park in a parking lot a little ways from the main entrance. As a person who just had surgery, I wasn't pleased with the walking and I feel as though the extra perks for your tiered members should me the quality of the tier earned.

The room was great and breakfast was fine. However the parking is a situation. I came in late at night by myself with a handicap parking permit. There were only three in front of hotel that were taken. And they made me walk all the way to the other side of the building because the front parking was full. I had to walk by myself with my bag after parking my car! Don’t think I will stay there again.

The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel must have undergone renovations, as everything looks new. The rooms are very comfortable. The pool is heated, and for those with electric cars, there are charging stations in the parking lot. This hotel is definitely worth staying at.

If you plan to stay here due to a procedure at the nearby hospital, I would not advise it. I booked the rooms and unfortunately, about a week later, our surgery date was rescheduled. We had no control over this. I had booked through Expedia so I informed them and they were very sympathetic and contacted Hilton to try to book our new dates for us. (We didn’t want a refund, just 2 different nights) Hilton refused and charged us for rooms we didn’t get to use, stating that we should have opted for a room that could be cancelled. Had I even considered that our surgery dates might be changed, I would have done so. Obviously very disappointing and a huge waste of money during an already stressful time.

we are return visitors to this property because it is always welcoming and ready for us. Everyone on the staff at the Table 55 bar restaurant is caring, pleasant and responsive to any requests. We also enjoy the Starbucks baristas every morning. Parking is close by and abundant. Rooms are clean, neat and comfortable.

Regrettably, my stay was not satisfactory. The parking lot was consistently congested, making it difficult to secure a spot, especially at night. Additionally, my wife has limited mobility, and the parking facility only has six accessible parking spaces, which were always occupied. The main entrance to the parking lot was also quite far, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and excessively firm. The sink was also poorly cloaked , and the shower water pressure was inadequate, resulting in a disappointing experience.
