The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was just ok. Had a hard time getting our door open every time we tried to get back in our room and the hall and the room had a stale smell. It was a great location.

The staff at the desk were very friendly. However, this property is old and not well maintained. The room was clean but had a very strong odor. The restaurant for breakfast on our day only served a buffet. The food was cold. With all that said, the staff were friendly.

I guess the AC doesn't work there because it was hot when we walked in and hot when we left the next day. the breakfast was a joke I guess I paid 26.99 for a continental breakfast a piece that's crazy after paid what i did for a room that was so hot I thought about breaking a window. a few of the stuff was rude. I will not recommend this holiday inn anyone

Room was very clean . Staff were amazing and very helpful my friend and I are disabled and all the staff helped us with getting our luggage in and out of the room and they organised transport to the airport

The room needed to be updated. Plugs on lamps to charge devices are not working. Bathroom fixtures rusted and tub drain barely worked. The staff was kind though. I wouldn't stay there again.
