We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 6 nights. The staff was great, very friendly, and helpful. Location is key and this hotel is in the heart of Bayside. We enjoyed how convinient it was to walk to restaurants, shops, and Port. Parking was a mess! When booking we didn't realized it was not included and when we arrived we discovered there was no paking available. The gentleman at the parking lot was very helpful and refered us to a parking lot near by that was safe and less expensive (College Station @ 190 NE 3rd St) however, it was an incovience since we arrived at 2am. The hotel was poorly renovated; there were paint stains on the floor, carpet, and artwork. The carpet in the hallways and rooms have stains and smell strong. All these things give the hotel a dated look and feel. With all that said, the hotel was clean and the staff were great. We had a great time.

This hotel is in major need of an upgrade. Everything felt very old and outdated. The bathtub specifically is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The tub is VERY narrow! If I wasn’t mindful of how I was standing I could’ve easily fallen. When I got out I warned my husband of the narrow tub and to be careful. He recently had shoulder surgery and a fall could be a huge set back. Unfortunately he did lose his footing, falling, hitting his side on the side of the counter, pulling down the shower curtain as he went. Thankfully he fell on his “good” shoulder, but now has a nasty bruise where he hit the counter. Anyone who is unsteady on their feet already or someone elderly could really get hurt. We’ve stayed here one other time before a cruise and I can say we will not be staying here again. Definitely not worth the money. Staff were friendly and parking was convenient. Having the restaurants and shops across the street was nice too. Due to the outdated and unsafe conditions in the bathroom (at least in our room), I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Very close to the port and the trolley to the cruise terminals, but you really need to taxi/Uber to the terminals anyways so you don’t need to exchange cleanliness/cost for the convenience of staying this close.

There is nothing to compliment. This property is horribly kept up. It's the worst Holiday Inn i ever stayed in. The card reader, for entrance to the room, barely works. Outside of the building looks like trash was flung against it. My room wasn't ready at 3:30PM.

The whole hotel needs an update or at least a series of repairs. The thermostat/AC was just for decoration: It made no difference what temperature we input, we got 65 degrees. Everything from the lobby to the hallways to room were worn, with obvious signs of neglect and several sloppy paint overs. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door three times even though it was well before our checkout time. It’s close to Bayside and close to the Heat stadium, but the hotel itself was very meh.
