Paid for club room to have use of the club lounge. I’m vegan - which I messaged ahead of time and they said no problem - at breakfast there didn’t seem to be any vegan options and nothing was labelled, so I asked the manager what the options were. She said they had an eggs - I had to educate that eggs aren’t vegan - no animal products. She then suggested pastries (butter) and then when she was told no, she said well there is fruit and vegetables. Wonderful! They have no allowances for allergies etc as nothing is labelled. Stay well clear.

Great staff that offers support, access to the Intercontinental club was amazing with selections for small bites and bar drinks and a nice spread for the breakfast buffet.
