Where do I begin?! I must say that the customer experience at the Lesley Hotel was Exceptional! Patricia, AJ and Edin were absolutely fantastic. They made me feel extremely welcomed at check in and throughout my stay. What an amazing staff. PS. I still have the roses Edin gave me for my Birthday. Thank you Daniel for assisting me with my bags. This is now my go to hotel whenever I’m visiting Miami. Wonderful stuff. Job well done.

First the good...Rooms were very clean and nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff was top notch. The hotel was conveniently located and their restaurant was good. The bad...the rooms (although nice) lacked any USB charging ports and had only a couple of outlets...there should've been at least an alarm clock on nightstand with USB ports. Needs more storage and desk areas to place luggage. Water pressure on sink wasn't good. Overall, the hotel was very nice and we would definitely stay there again. This hotel also had a rooftop pool and hot tub that were very nice. Even with the few minor bad points, hotel was 3-4 stars.

Location on Ocean Drive

The hotel was in a prime location right on Ocean Drive. However, being where all the action is also has a downside - "noise". The hotel backs up to an alley which is also quite noisy. Our room was the last room right next to the alley so if you stay at this hotel ask for a room that's in between other rooms so you have a buffer from the noise. Also, there are very few electrical outlets and no USB ports.

In the heart of SoBe

Beautiful art deco hotel in the heart of South Beach, nicely modernized, with a welcoming restaurant on the drive with great food. All the service was either good or excellent. Room was modern and the beds very comfortable. The only odd thing was no body wash in the bathtub but we used the shampoo and it worked fine. Would definitely return.
