Beach attendant is very rude and got in an argument with me and few other people while I was at the beach for about an hour. The rest of the stuff was pretty friendly, good location. The paid parking is located a block away from the hotel on the other side of the street, it would be nice to know that before you book. Hotel is pretty old and has bad insulation, you can hear people walking by and next door. Air conditioner was broken and kept the temperature at 61-65 degrees.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff was amazing and friendly. The beach was across the bike path and you received a voucher for 2 chairs and an umbrella each day. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and good! When we visit Miami again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and very nice staff. The hotel is old and one feel it. My room needed serious renovation (paint peeling in bathroom, old furniture…). I was there march 2025, you need to know that they are at the beginning of building a hotel right next door, so the pool area is noisy.

Vert Nice stay! Good surprise with the happy jour at $1 this sas a perks. Vert Nice reste ans beach chairs réserver with VIP service. Thank you all. The only thing se did not like us the construction noise around the hôtel.

Great. Hidden little hotel. The construction next door was a little challenging. Otherwise great experience. Only limitation is that the pool closes and locks at 8pm. It would be nicer to get to the outside hot tub a little later in the evening.
