The hotel was very cold with no heating system. While the weather can’t be helped, you’d think for the price we paid, the hotel would have an HVAC system that can keep guests comfortable.

Room was good. First day put out the do not disturb and returned to find someone had been in room. Some staff were courteous one was rude. No valet parking. Very close to train and it easily heard in room even with sound machine on loud. No conditioner or lotion in room. I won’t be returning.

The staff was lovely and the room was clean and well laid out. However, the bathroom had no storage space. There was no counter space and only one hook that was no where near the shower. Fix that and I would stay there again.
