The hotel is pretty and very clean, everyone was very helpful and attentive the reason I give them 3 stars is because the reception area has a lot of perfume I got bad migraine; I don’t recommend this place for people that is very sensitive like me with the smell. Another reason was that is a construction in front of the hotel, so it was noisy and inconvenient to go through, during my 3 days stay I heard a lot of noise in front of my door for other people. I don’t know if was a guess or people working there but was very early in the morning and the people was talking for 30 minutes or more. Food was very good except my husband and I got intoxicated with the breakfast buffet, so I traveled from Houston to Miami for a weeding and I was very sick during the event and the next day that I was flying back to my hometown.

Overall an okay stay however we were let down by very loud building work taking place on both sides of the hotel over the weekend. This unfortunately wasn’t flagged to us by Expedia or Novotel in advance and had we known we would have picked a different hotel for our trip. One of the main selling points for us was use of the rooftop pool so be sure to check for weekend building work if this is a priority for you. Positives: Good location, clean & spacious rooms, nearby supermarket & pharmacy.

Stay wad amazing! The room was clean. However the bathroom wws not in 100% good condition. The wall paper was peeling and the sink was falling off of the wall. Side from that, the bathroom was beautiful. I will definitely book another stay witu Novotel.

Fantastic stay!!!

Amazing hotel, very clean. Great pool in the top floor with heated water, my kids loved it. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent playground for kids right across the street.

Nice hotel in Brickell.

very nice hotel. room doors were heavy and very loud when closing! Heard the doors of everyone around us too Lobby is nice and smells good! Food and drinks were good. Hotel pool and roof top bar were good. Easy to uber around to all the sights! Walgreens and Publix are easy to walk too! Views of Bay great!!
