Der Aufenthalt war leider nicht gut – insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber leider nicht sauber. Eine Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Für das Frühstück musste man sich erst einen Gutschein besorgen, und die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt. Kaffee war nicht inbegriffen und musste extra bezahlt werden. Auch für den Sonnenschirm am Strand musste man bezahlen, obwohl dieser laut Expedia inklusive sein sollte. Ein besonders großes Problem in diesem Hotel waren die Handtücher. Es gab zu keiner Tageszeit ausreichend Handtücher – egal wann man zur Rezeption ging, es waren keine vorhanden. Das Hotel hatte offenbar grundsätzlich zu wenige Handtücher. Man musste stundenlang warten, selbst nach dem Strandbesuch, bis man endlich ein sauberes Handtuch bekam. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Not much closet space available to hang suits and office wear. Bath towels, face towels, and hand towels were insufficient for two guests in the room. The lobby had a very pungent perfume odour. The AC wasn’t cooling properly and so there was a lot of humidity in the room. The TV couldn’t be used because the remote wasn’t working. I called the front desk and the lady came 3 to 4 times with different reports and none of them seem to work. That was a big disappointment. The good thing was the happy hour between 5 to 6 PM included free cocktail drinks which unfortunately I couldn’t take advantage of.

Parking was close and in a quiet neighborhood. The Hotel itself was not the greatest. No elevator and the rooms are not in the best shape. Cracked floor tiles and bathrooms are in poor shape.

I stayed in room 1109, the bathroom smelled like sewage, i informed the front desk, i had him come smell for himself he insisted because it was an older building, i asked other guests the did notice but was nearly as strong as my room, i was extremely disappointed the pics of property were misleading (to be nice) when you browse through pics of location it gives the appearance that its next to beach, has gym...those pics are of its sister property, would have to get wrist bands and travel to other property to enjoy. The staff was friendly for the most part, but i will never stay there again and wouldnt recommend Also i had to pay $139 for resort fee, i could have missed that during booking but i didnt see any mention of that during booking
