This was one of the worst hotels I have been to. I know that pictures online can sometimes be old, but in this case I felt tricked. They barely had anyone at the counter, so I waited 20 minutes just to check in. I was put in the second building which has no security doors at all. Literally anyone can walk in the hotel and no one would know. The second building is behind the first building so you have to drag your luggage from one building to another. Thank God I had my shower shoes, the bathroom is disgusting. Cracks in the floor tiles coming up, the sheets were dirty with stains that can’t come out. Y’all make enough to replace these things. Never again!

I enjoyed my stay overall. This hotel is located walking distance from the beach, and it has a great restaurant. The hotel could use some renovations but it was still a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part - Angel and Jhoan were great - with the exception of one staff member, Gabriel, who was not pleasant to engage with. He always seemed as if guests were a bother, including when I asked if I could access the restaurant from the lobby because it was raining. He told me that I needed to walk outside, which was not true. Not a huge deal but I was also carrying luggage and getting ready to head to the airport. As I entered the restaurant, after walking outside to get there, who do I see accessing the restaurant from within the hotel other than Gabriel. Totally rude and lacking in customer service.

This was by far the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. First of all, the place operates under a completely different name than what’s listed online, making it incredibly difficult to find. There’s no parking or garage attached to the building, so we were told to park in a lot down the street and around the corner. No valet, no bellman to assist with luggage, and absolutely no elevators—so we had to carry everything ourselves. The room itself was shockingly small, barely bigger than a walk-in closet. The closet inside was even smaller and poorly designed, with a bar facing the wrong way and only two hangers provided. The temperature in the room was never comfortable—either freezing or too hot—and the control unit was broken. The mini fridge was just a tiny glass box with no shelves and no freezer. The bathroom was so cramped that the sink wasn’t even in it—it was located outside in the room! To make matters worse, happy hour lasted only one hour and offered nothing but rum. The pool in the pictures looked spacious and inviting, but in person it was tiny and disappointing. Our room wasn’t even in the same building as check-in, and we had to go outside and around the corner just to ask for basics like toilet paper, since there were no phones in the room. No microwaves or ice machines in the building either—you had to walk to another location for ever

The property pictures are deceiving. The room was dirty before I checked in and smelled bad . The shower looked like it was just painted over dirtiness . Room had no lighting and when you turn on the lights they were flickering the entire time . In the process of trying to get a refund because I didn’t even stay there and they’re still trying to charge me after I told them my concerns . I even emailed management and received no response from him . Looks like I’m going to have to go above him and talk to corporate . Didn’t want it to have to go there but I need my money back asap. I checked out of the hotel and need up staying at a different one . It was a very inconvenient process for someone who lives out of town and not a great experience for me .

The property was dirty and damp. The pool is not functional and has not been for a while. Instead they have you walk 10 minutes to a sister location for both pool and beach access. It was not what was advertised and I would not recommend staying there. Even for the cheap price, it wasn’t worth it.

I felt very uncomfortable. There was a bias in the air, by hotel employees. Rooms were marginal, at best. Few staff spoke English. Or, presented themselves, not to speak English. Beds to low to the ground. Shower area, leaky. Water pressure, marginal. It wasn’t a good stay for me.

Checkin and checkout was seamless, easy, and friendly! Marcos is awesome!! Really enjoyed the “like home” feeling in the 1-bedroom - everything we needed and more with the little patio where we could sit and appreciate the experience. 4101 NEEDS a new mattress ASAP - this was my only disappointment. Parking is annoying but not the properties fault

Subject: Complaint About Wrongful Charge and Poor Experience This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was charged $55 for a mistaken reservation that I intended to make for the 9th of this month, but due to an oversight, it was booked for the 14th instead. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by contacting the manager at the time, Marcos, who was very kind and understanding. However, when I escalated the issue to Expedia, I was told they would reach out to the property manager, as it was clear that I had meant to stay on the 9th. Despite this, my reservation was wrongly denied and my money was never refunded. This felt like a scam, and I am extremely disappointed by how everything was handled.

Where to start.. the front desk lady was rude both times we had to speak to her. No elevators so you'll be dragging your luggage up stairs. The room, the floor tiles were cracked, it smelled like mold, the ac was loud, black marks on the bedding, socks covered in hair from walking around the room, it was gross. Our room was right above the dinning room and we heard every single thing all night and early morning. Horrible stay- would never go back.
