There was no internet the whole stay no parking barley any towels they have terrible customer service the room had smells very cold on cold days being charged for amenities that we couldn’t use they come into the room whenever they like but it supposed to be every 3 day’s experience was terrible I asked for a new room and couldn’t get one nets was everywhere as well toilet didn’t flush either

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was old, moldy, and poorly maintained, with a strong unpleasant smell. Many things felt loose or worn out. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable, making it hard to get proper rest. The bathroom was in bad shape with broken tiles, visible mold, and a swollen door that wouldn’t close properly. Instead of proper AC, the room used a portable air conditioner. There were also extra small fees that were not clearly shown on Expedia. Overall, the property did not match the photos or description and was not worth the price.

Generally a good experience. Whole place was a little quirky and old. But rooms have been remodelled and it worked. Not the "Classiest" place. More bohemian than anything but we like bohemian. Great little tavern with good food and nightly free cocktail for guests. Overall a good time.

Honestly, not terrible. Reviews every conflicting. You’re gonna find decent reviews on Expedia then when you google it’s the opposite. The rooms and lobby and restaurant do smell like mildew, it’s not crazy but it seems like they used some kind of fragrance to cover it up. The room we were in was VERY humid for some reason. I’m assuming most rooms are if it smells like that thru the hotel. The staff is very nice, very accommodating, very helpful. The room is set up nicely with necessities and very spacious. Parking sucks but that’s a Miami issue. Walking to the beach is very convenient. Overall I’d likely stay there again simply bc for the price and convenience it’s such a win for Miami.

The room itself was nice and clean. However, our tv wasnt working, so the maintenance guy had to come & switch out the tv. The tv fell out the guy's hand and my boyfriend had to help put up the new tv back on the wall. Overall, it was a nice stay & definitely would come again.

I will give it a 3, as we’re not too picky. Overall we’re thankful we found a place that was within budget for a quick two day work event. I will say Angel at front desk is rude. The gentleman who was at front desk later in evening is very kind, respectful and has manners. Give him a raise. Seriously. Your host will make or break you. Hotel rooms are not all in same building, you may need to walk down side street as we did, that was a bit off putting. We did find two bugs in the hotel, but once again. We knew what we paid for. Also, the restaurant was not worth it, and I wish it was. Tables still dirty, and food was not good, yet overpriced. Would I stay here again? Only for quick trip. We can hope owners take change into consider and make some improvement.

The room, bathroom, and bed was clean and comfy. The only issue is when checking in took a hour and missed the comp drink. Also not up picking up the phone. Was a big !!! Many people that walked in and said the same thing, but denied it and that was a little odd. The small pool needs a redo.

The hotel is located on a busy street across from the Atlantic Ocean in Miami Beach. It’s a bit old and the carpet in the hallways need replacing. The maid service was spotty. When they finally cleaned the room they forgot to leave toilet paper, bath, washcloths and a floor mat. Also no hand towels are provided in the standard rooms? The front desk never picked up our calls but were very pleasant when talking to them in person. The one thing that really bothered me was there are no elevator(s) in the hotel. Good thing it’s only two stories tall. Since my wife and I are both seniors it would have been nice to know before we made the reservations. Or at least have one of the hotel staff member offer to assist us in getting our luggage up the stairs.

No hot water! Girl at front desk was rude! Did not speak English! Angel was great! Maintenance guy looked at water issue, said he could not fix. Bar/ cafe next door was awesome! Made the stay! Being nice goes a long way, the front desk girl should move to house keeping so she doesn’t have to deal with the public!!
