The staff was polite and courteous pool was nice and beds were soft and comfortable, what i didn't like was no coffee maker in the rooms, there was only local tv not much by way of cable, no hotel shuttle services totally dependent on uber , and there was hidden fee's, 2.50 a night plus a 100.00 room deposit thats refunded upon checking out, nothing in the brochure about that.

We couldn’t not even stay there because of the odor of the hotel. We asked for a refund and are yet to to get it. We will not advise anyone to spend a dime over there.

Having just had recent surgery nearby, I spent most of my time in the (comfortable) bed recuperating. But the pool looked very inviting and clean! My caretaker loved the nearby metro station and many dining opportunities within convenient walking distance. The hotel lobby is clean and inviting, check in staff quick & helpful. The rooms are a tad aged but quite adequate. Clean bathroom, clean rooms. I recommend this place.

The parking was very inconvenient to come in and out. Also smell very bad, weed? The walls are thin, we can hear the outside noise, was very hard to sleep. Also, the fire alarm was loud on the one day we stayed and it was early too. The staff were not friendly or helpful when we tried to report a leak in our room and the lack of toilet paper and towels. We called but no one answered so we had to go to the front desk late at night to pick those items up. It was super inconvenient.

Location of the hotel looked good, and safe. Though, facility condition could be improved. Mattress is a bit too soft! Shower head, looked a bit corroded. The interior room where we stayed, room needed some air venting. Thank you!

Elevators were broken. Bugs in the bed. Neighbors were partying till 5:30 am without staff telling them to respect other guests. Had to rent a different hotel it was so bad.
