I was here for work and chose the Royal Palm due to: being a Marriott property, locality on the beach, not too tall -not too small, close to Ocean Drive, rates. I love RP due to their great front desk team including but I didn’t get all names: Elizabeth Anne, Raymond, Maria, Lucia is an angel who helped me track down a missing item my coworker left at the wrong place. Mark was so helpful too. The front valet team rocks: special shout out to Roberto and Angel. Yoga instructor Mona Lisa taught a wonderful class on the beach Saturdays which I enjoyed on my day off. Thank you!

We had booked for 2 nights to celebrate our 44th Anniversary. We had to cut our stay short because I got sick with high fever, it was so cold in Miami, the hotel did not have central heating in the room. They gave us extra comforter and blanket. Room was freezing.
