Christopher was an exceptional staff member that made me feel welcome. I started coming to this hotel a few months back and Christopher who works at the front desk for check in and the only reason i comes back. It's his spirit and he has a way of making you feel good even if you're having a bad day.... make sure you ask for Christopher and watch how your day goes great

Fabulous location. Pool and beach are great. Rooms are so-so. Property is a bit worn. And apparently it’s been bought out and will soon close and be completely renovated.

We really enjoyed this trip. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The rooms might be a little dated, but they were fine. Close to everything. Nice pool. Very helpful staff. I will go back

It was short distance from all shopping and food locations and varieties, Espanola way street (food) Lincoln LN, so much nearby to do, only thing, I was just surprised car rental not really needed as the city provides free trolleys to take you around Miami beach and you don't have to worry about parking fees, $55 a day at hotel of course it is valet though so in all the location is perfect if you don't mind walking or jogging or you can use the hotels city bikes for use for guests. It was my first time in Florida, and it was nice family spring break. It was good experience overall Hotel staff friendly and gave my kids Marriot Bonvoy backpacks filled with goodies for the beach and other items. My kids really enjoyed it also .

We had an amazing stay here! The access to the beach along with the dining at the hotel is great. The vines are amazing and the ability to walk to everything makes this place so nice. We will be visiting again in April!
