We would have to pay full price. We gave them their voucher back. Truly don’t understand the logic but it’s their policy. Not sure who’s right or wrong Sonesta or Expedia. Just leaves a bad taste…

The room was clean, no issues with the service in general. However, one minor issue is that you are charged for each package that is delivered at the hotel. Just to keep that in mind.

Our Sonesta stay was a much nicer experience than we’d expected for an airport hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well-designed. The room and bathroom were clean. The shuttle service was reliable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.
