I was there for 3 days and couldn’t use the pool any of those days due to the gate being fixed. It looks fine to me I went to check it out. Called front desk to confirm and they said that it would be closed the rest of the day. This was the first thing that I wanted in a hotel in Miami was a pool and was unable to use this one. Even though the pool itself was clean and running so I don’t get it. Very dissatisfied with that because since I don’t have family there I didn’t have nothing to do so was forced to be in he room most of the time with a working pool close by that I couldn’t use. I could have stayed anywhere else that was cheaper but I liked this hotel because of the amenities and the location. Probably will not be staying here in the future.

Surprised by it

I normally don’t write reviews, but I was very surprised by this property. Although, as I parked and walked into the lobby, I was regretting my choice of reserving a room here, as the appearance was of a motel however, don’t let the appearance fool you, the halls and room were spotless, kudos to the cleaning staff. I’d recommend it if you are in town for a long period of time and/or in a budget. The suite is very comfortable, amd has everything you might need.

Our flight was cancelled and after a very frustrating airport experience we were treated to outstanding customer service by the shuttle driver and the staff at check in. This hotel does not have a restaurant and the shuttle driver took us to a wonderful nearby restaurant and even offered to pick us up after dinner. Our bed was small and the room was dated, but the care and service we received from the staff was world class! Thank you very much for taking such good care of weary travelers.

Unfriendly Hotel

I had a terrible experience when I went to check out at 1 PM the front desk and the Maid Service harassed me from 1130 all the way till the moment I left that hotel even though I asked for late check out they didn’t seem to care and wanted me out of that room, no matter what this was a terrible place to stay in the staff isn’t friendly at all the owners and the people that run that place are the most Disrespectful obnoxious mean people I’ve ever seen in a service industry

This property is off the main road, not in walking distance to restaurants etc, you will need a uber, the room is generally okay but the bathroom is old and questionable I had to put a towel on the floor in the shower to bathe. The room also had a weird smell. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom wasn’t it for me. Happy I only did one night because if it was longer I would go crazy
